We stayed for 3 nights. Arrived in the morning, but the front desk told us that the room will be ready on 3:00 p.m. We wanted to make an early check in but they say it wasn`t possible. Faced with the situation, we decided to spend some time outside & back at 3.00 pm. When asked, one of the staff came to us and said that the room is still not ready. We were told to wait another hour because the room is said still under preparation. From there, we were questioning the standard of its hospitality. After pushing for what we've been promised, they finally decided to prepare another room (that was different from what we've been assigned at the start) but the air-conditioning is not cold enough, even when we set the temperature to the minimum. It's tiring to argue during the trip the was dedicated for relaxing & exploring the city. It ruined our overall mood during the Chiang Mai trip. Even though we thought overall it's a nice hotel to stay, despite the lack of preparations.
