For an incredibly budget-friendly hotel, this place punched well above its weight—but you must book the upgraded Iconic rooms. The hotel itself is currently a bit of a mishmash and clearly going through some renovations (the daybeds are oddly positioned away from the pool), but it is clean, modern, and highly functional. The location is a fantastic strategic base. It’s right on the edge of San Antonio, meaning you're outside the chaos but only a 5-minute drive from Pikes. Having a Lidl right across the road is also a massive plus for grabbing supplies. The Iconic room itself was absolutely lovely—spacious, newly renovated, and came with a massive balcony. Upgrading also unlocks a late breakfast service (brilliant if you've been out late). There was an initial check-in mix-up where they put me in a standard room first, which was frustrating with heavy luggage, but staff corrected it quickly. The upgrade is completely worth it. Expect some classic budget hotel hidden fees. They try to charge you a €2 deposit just to use a plastic cup by the pool, and parking was €10 a night instead of the €5 listed online. However, I was happy to pay it for the peace of mind of having a hire car in a secure lot rather than across the road. The Verdict: Excellent value for money if you bypass the standard rooms. I would absolutely use it as a base again.

Have stayed before so know what to expect

This is a very good holiday hotel as we were pre season it was quite but the staff were happy to share local knowledge and we found some fantastic restaurants through them. Breakfast was excellent and we had both lunch and dinner at the buffet which was excellent value and plentiful. The location is a two minute walk from beach and in the centre of town. We can recommend.

Lovely hotel, I would recommend

Just come back from a 5 day stay. Booked an iconic pool view room. (Ladies and gents if you think this means that you have open access to the pool when you open patio doors think again this is a view from 3/4 floors up. The nights entertainment is the worst ever and as far as the food goes the breakfast is the only passable food. I would rate it for being clean and location is good also but that’s it.

The hotel was alright, just not the most relaxing really. Hotels.com says check-in is at 13:00. It isn't, it's at 15:00 which was alright for us but not as expected. We were able to leave our luggage in a locked room in the hotel. The room was alright, but the shower took a long time to get warm, we're talking minutes. I found the bed reasonably comfortable, especially after a long day. The TV didn't have any subtitles. Our view from the balcony wasn't good. The dining rooom ws so loud. Breakfast was quite good in terms of selection, although I found the cheese quite plastic and gross. I'm not sure if it was the shape of the room, but you could here everything and the staff were not quite about crashing plates and cutlery around or gossiping and such. The poolside was a nice space to look at, but I found the pool so dreadfully cold it out you off going in it properly, although other Spanish guests seemed to find it alright. You could get drinks at the inside bar and bring them out to your sunbed, although I don't think there was a lot of choice here. And no snacks/food were sold. I'm unsure if we were next to a farm, but a rooster and donkey were heared informing us of their presence regularly, as well as what started like a racetrack countdown. The noise from the road nearby was present too. Close to the hotel there's a wee mini golf course and the hotel is very close to a beach and some bars and restaurants and even the bus station so I'd say the location is very good.

This hotel is very underrated. It was in a great location and the staff was super nice and helpful . There were some issues but the staff attended to them very quickly. The hotel was right by the bus station so you were in the main part of the island within 20-30 min. I would stay here again.

They did not inform me I was not allowed guest or I would not come to this hotel for a party weekend. When I tried to bring someone back to my hotel they threatened to call the police instead of offering a solution I would have paid more but they were extremely rude and I would avoid this place at all cost if your trying to have a good time in Ibiza. I wasn’t trying to have a party in my room it was person.

The hotel and room were spotless, worth what you pay for

Definitely not a 3 star hotel , pool areas need more attention, the food standard is not up to much and overall it was very expensive for our 2 night stay costing £420 for b & b !

Great location... near top clubs Eden and Es paradise.. 1-2 mins walk But breakfast was a let down... Hotel facilities etc were average

Had no issues with the hotel apart from it was a bit noisey later at night and early morning with people slamming doors.

This a nice hotel in a good location. Good for solo travellers however it is very basic and the rooms are dated. There were no decent vegan options for half board, they hotel didn't do anything to cater for me being vegan however they offered me vegan ham for breakfast. The food and half board for vegans was very disappointing but the hotel itself was comfortable. The gym was nice and the two pools were OK. No pool towels provided and the pool itself was dirty. Again, very basic but does the job if you're on a budget.
