could have done without the elevator repairs at 7am! My room was right next to the elevators, so I could hear every time it went up and down and then repairs and drilling were schedule first thing in the morning? Glad of a kettle but perhaps, let others know that they can be made available on request?

Enjoyable stay. The staff are good people, friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location with bars and restaurants and Nyhavn close by. Also, Kongens Nytorv Station is a 5 minute walk away, for easy metro travel from/to the airport and other parts of the city.

Good location and a good hotel.

I have stayed here a few times while in Copenhagen. The room and bathroom are basic but clean and good for the price. The lobby is lovely with a great vibe and candles everywhere with books and games and good tea options. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. Great location near the river with just a 5 minute walk to Nyhaven and the city. Would stay again!

Room was small but good enough for a solo traveler like myself. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Front staff was courteous. The hotel was walking distance from most attractions and the Royal Palace. Very quiet and nice.

Perfect location. This is the second time we’ve stayed. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast one morning. Room was clean, warm and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hairdryer provided and plenty of towels. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room an suitable for two people. Bought breakfast one morning which was a great variety of foods and unlimated drinks. Bar was enjoyable with slme games and books available, free chocolates were given and fruit availability which i thought was a nice touch. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The hotel was lovely including reception. The bed was really comfy! The room (for one person) was very small but overall 8/10

The staff were nice but not always at the front desk. Shower water pressure was weak. Otherwise great!

The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much bother. They were brilliant when we asked for information about visiting sights around Copenhagen. Then room was clean. We would have liked a kettle.
