The staff were friendly and seemed happy to be here. Hotel was clean and the reception staff couldn't do enough for us. We will be coming back here for sure.

Great family hotel, not so big, everything is close and handy and you always know where your kids are. Nice playground, sufficient pool, we had a feeling that it is not very full or crowded even in topseason (august).

This hotel is a great choice for young families, the sun beds were the best quality I’ve ever seen and there was never a rush to reserve beds which made it a more relaxing holiday. The restaurant choices were good and we particularly enjoyed the omelettes made by the chef. If I was going to suggest how it could be further improved, I’d add some mixes of fruit/vegetable smoothies which I have enjoyed at some other hotels in the past, We stayed in room A013 which was in a great location close to the pool and the bar but there were some signs of water damage on the floor and there was a bit of a damp smell when the door had been closed for a while, this quickly cleared when we were using the room and didn’t really affect us too much. Overall we had a great holiday here.

The staff were so helpful, the food options were fantastic and the entire complex very clean, well organised, professional and just great all round.

The room and staff were lovely. There was always extra care taken to look after guests and events such as evening performances and kids activities made it a really welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options for everyone. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and thank you to all who made it so perfect.

Hotel was very good as the last times.

Really nice hotel, family really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good quality (omelette station and fresh pastries personal favourites) , food at bar not over priced and good quality and location was perfect (close to many restaurants and beach not far). Indoor swimming was a great option as was heated (outdoor was not heated but kids didn’t seem to mind). We also enjoyed playing table tennis in between swimming and chilling at the pool. We would go back again for sure as thought it was very good value.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms - we had the Junior Ground Floor suite which had a lovely sized balcony. It was great that we had a fridge as well. Food was delicious and lots of variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property conveniently located. Staff is amazing! We chose the half board option. Fantastic, huge buffet breakfast and dinner. Wait staff unbelievably friendly and go out of their way for your every need. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with lots of friendly staff. Great facilities and really clean. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety, as does the evening meal. But still plenty of really good local restaurants around. Our daughter loved the mini disco they do every night for the little ones followed by evening entertainment every night for the adults.

Very well kept and we'll run property. Very professional staff and all the premise is spotless. This is highly recommended, especially for families

Rooms are very comfortable, booked the select room with larger balcony, worth the extra money as very large balcony. General feel of overall hotel is of a very high standard. Entertainment was enjoyable, with a mini disco at 8.30pm and the an adult show at 9.30pm for 1 hour. Something different each night, singers, magic, circus performers. Kids club was from 10am to 12 each day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxed hotel atmosphere and not a full on environment over run with kids.

Excellent hotel for a family vacation

Our second time staying here - the staff could not have been more accomodating, the hotel is in a fabulous location, and when in the central areas, it really feels like a little oasis of calm! The room we stayed in definitely had one of the better views but was definitely in need of a bit of a make over (decor and furniture looked exactky the same as when we stayed in 2018) - there was quite a bit of wear and tear if you looked for it - but definitely not anything worth complaining about! There seemd to be a lot more kids there this time, so it was a bit noisier - and the food wasn't QUITE as special as our previous stay - perhaps due to catering for a lot more kids! However, we had a wonderful time - and the staff made us feel very special. we went elsewhere in 2019, and it felt great to 'come back' here :)
