Nice stay very clean hotel and the staff was great. I would have been 5 stars but our room was on the 1st floor above the ceiling speakers for the lobby music and dinning room that finally stoped at 4:30 am. Started again at 6:30. I’m sure someone just screwed up but it sounded like a muted party going on down stairs all night. More pillows would also be nice

Great location. I love the building. Parking was a little bit far from the hotel, but we took out the luggage from the car and then parked.

Wonderful hotel with great people, food, music and drinks. Everything was seriously perfect. Easy check-in and helpful, kind staff all around. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Bristol is in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and wifi excellent. The included breakfast, while not exciting, has variety (cereal, hot dishes, cold cheese/ham, fruit, cakes) and is frequently replenished. Parking was an issue. The description of the Bristol on the hotels.com site states “Uncovered on-site self-parking (EUR 20 per day)”. As other travellers have experienced, we were told on arrival that no parking via the hotel was available and that we would have to find a spot on the street at a likely cost of 25 euro per day. Luckily, we found a spot on the road above the hotel (Ul. Drage Gervaisa) where we could park for 24 hours for 17 euro. Note that the parking meter does not accept credit cards and doesn’t give change so you need the exact money in notes/coins.

At the time of making this booking, two separate bookings were made for two nights due to me making an error. (One with hotel.com & one with Expedia) .When I arrived at the hotel, I explained my error. I asked if I could stay in the same room and was told "yes"; however, I questioned whether the 2nd night's room was the same room and I was told "yes". I was very clear to ask if it was the SAME and the clerk definitely understood my question. First night's room had a view of a construction site in which jack hammering was being done. Therefore, I looked at my receipt for 2nd night and saw that I was to have a suite with ocean view. Therefore, I returned to the front desk to question why I was told that both rooms were the same. It really bothered me that the clerk who checked me in had been dishonest when telling me both rooms were the same. Clearly they were NOT! You could tell that she knew she'd been caught in her lie. Someone else helped me change the 2nd night's booking so I'd have the appropriate room. If booking for this hotel, you may want to ensure you're not facing the construction site as it's an eye sore plus it could be noisy. Buffet breakfast was mediocre compared to the other buffet breakfast we had in other hotels in Croatia. Temperature of eggs was cold or luke warm cheese/meat wasn't very good, presentation of food was poor. Overall, hotel was clean and good location but nothing to rave about.

Close to boardwalk by the sea, next door to small casino.

This is a nice hotel, well located for a stroll along the seafront and nearby restaurants. The hotel is rather dated but not in a dire way, adding character to its rooms and nice balconies. The lift can be crammed in the morning so this is worth planning for as you exit, particularly as we did with a large tourist group trying to exit at the same time.

Great hotel and location. I made a mistake on the dates of booking and the hotel let me move the date at no penalty; even though it was a non-refundable rate! Thank you Bristol

Our room was clean and comfortable, the location was great and pay parking lot behind hotel was convenient but a bit expensive. The area has many local attractions within walking distance, and areas to swim. As well as coffee, restaurants and bars. The bar at the hotel was a nice amenity, we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. Two things that we missed in our room was having an iron in the room, and access to ice.

Awesome staff, wonderful location, clean hotel and great food for breakfast and dinner as well. Several beaches are on a walkable distance from this hotel. We were amazed by all their staff, they went above and beyond to help us and recommend anything that we were interested to try. Special thanks to Ana, Luka and Bojan from the hotel reception. You guys are awesome. Hvala vam! ❤️

Nice location, pretty. Hotel is nice. Breakfast is ok. Air conditioner did not work well so the room was hot at night. Had a lot of mosquitoes outside when you go on balcony

The hotel itself was fine. Room was a nice size, high ceilings. You look out over a park to the sea 3 blocks away. The room, however, was very warm when we arrived (10pm). The AC was not turned on yet for the season, and they had a Latin Dance contest in the lobby, so opening our windows wasn't possible unless we wanted to feel like we were in the competition! Night manager refused to change our room :-(

Beautiful hotel. Huge corner room with a sitting room and four balconies. Shower was an experience. Hotel entrance and parking were a little inconvenient.

Good hotel at a nice location.

Excellent location. A short walk with rolly bag up the hill on upside of the Main Street. Excellent breakfast food. Tasty and hot eggs, various fruit, nice assortment of buns. Good hot coffee and cold juices. Lovely all around. Right across from Angelino park. Thank you!

After an inauspicious start (the room allocated was not as booked), we were given a wonderful room with balcony and superb view. Sadly, a simple request for tea making facility in room was 'not permitted', but otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful. Car parking is tight for the Bristol - nowhere outside hotel for drop off on a busy road - but fortunately we were able to secure one of the very few on site carparks at rear of hotel. The location is otherwise good: opposite Park Angiolina and good proximity to centre of town and the Lungomare promenade.
