Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast. Got a free upgrade. Quite expensive though for a 4 star in Catania.

Lovely room with balcony looking towards Etna, good temperate and quiet.

Rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was diverse with a wide choice of foods and plenty of tables. THe front desk was very helpful in arranging my airport transfer and getting my account straightened out. Beautiful hotel with beautiful seervice and excellent staff.

We had a small issue and they resolved it quickly. Highly recommend this place

Catania is a gritty city but the Palace Catania is a beautiful Oasis in a Sicilian rock and room urban environment. I strongly recommend this hotel for those who love comfort, convenience, wonderful staff, in a delicious urban setting.

Beautiful property and attentive staff! Enjoyed our gourmet appertivo and dessert on the 7th floor. We appreciate the room upgrade! Better lighting in bathroom would be appreciated but I will recommend this hotel for location and excellent service! I slept well which is the most important! Grazie to all!

This is a great option for a mid range hotel conveniently located for touring in Rome. Al the amenities were wonderful as was the staff. It is near the subway and in a quiet neighborhood it has an excellent breakfast and a full dinning room. I will recommend to all my friends.
