We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Every detail was taken care of, spacious elegant room for 4 people, comfortable beds, loads of extras including bathroom toiletries, robes, slippers, and a welcome bottle of bubbly. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Excellent bar and Bartender. Wonderful breakfast. My hard to impress family was Impressed! Superb seafood restaurant next door. Excellent late night pizza restaurant up the street. Very safe area with high end hotels. Excellent location for walking to sites and front desk calls taxis fast and easy. This may be the best hotel in Rome! If you have a chance to stay at this hotel Do It! You won’t be disappointed. Hotel Mellini was one of our favorite parts of our 3 day stay in Rome.

Great staff, very welcoming.

Fantastic stay. We arrived a few hours before check-in time and, since the room was available, were able to have access immediately. Made our lives much easier! Friendly staff, lovely spacious room, and great breakfast. Exactly as advertised, would stay here again!

The staff was great. They were able to give us the room couple of hours prior to the check in time.

The hotel is cute and in a location where you can walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. The only problem I have is that the pictures that come up when you search this property are misleading. It is not a big castle. It does not have fancy steps with beautiful flowers around it. I was disappointed when I first arrived. But the staff is great, the hotel clean and the room comfortable.

The location was superb and the breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

The location of this property is excellent. Walkable to all major attractions. The decor is dated but the interior is clean. The air conditioning was not what we are accustomed to in the US. Breakfast is good. Staff were very helpful.

The Hotel doesn’t look like the pictures, the woman that checked us in was really mean and not helpful at all BUT everybody else in the front desk were nice the other days. The room was very spacious, good bathroom, limited room service, but the best thing was the Seafood restaurant right in the same sidewalk of the Hotel:, best restaurant we ever been in Rome so it was worth overall staying there .

Rome was our first stop in Italy. We loved this hotel! Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and so nice! Rome is such a walkable city. This hotel is close to everything! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! The breakfast that was included was wonderful!

Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Kind and attentive staff. The neighborhood is away from all of the tourist chaos but walkable everywhere. Bus stop right around the corner. Dozens of excellent restaurants and supermarket right in the immediate area. Gym was small but did the job. Would stay again

We had an excellent stay. From the moment we arrived until we left. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was very clean.

The hotel was nicely located to restaurants and local sites. Bit of a distance if coming from metro with suitcases. If you don’t mind a 15 minute walk dodging traffic. Really wish the hotel would provide a bottle of water for each guest in rooms.

Location, charm, breakfast, and the service was excellent. I would stay there again.I would recommend to anyone going to Rome!

Great location - easy access to both Vatican City and Rome central areas. Couple of nice bars and restaurants in the area, or a 20 minute walk away are the central options. We got the train from the airport and walked from the metro. Easy enough,
