We enjoyed our stay the only thing was we did not receive room service until our third day so had to get toilet paper from bathroom upstairs and no clean towels ever When we checked in we should have been given safe key we had to go and ask

Hotel is kind of ok, but it's too noisy, breakfast is pretty bad, and wifi was terrible (low and intermittent signal).

Quarto sem condições para estadia. Colchão horrível. Pia do banheiro com lodo. Quarto pequeno.

The view from the upstairs balcony was amazing. Great to enjoy your breakfast there in the morning. The pictures of the room weren’t as accurate, as the room appeared a lot bigger but was actually quite small. All in all, we enjoyed the convenience of the stay as there were many good places to eat and great attractions to easily get to.

For me this hotel was perfect! Its located in the heart of Mendoza near the pick up points for tours, bars, restaurants nearby and great customer service from the employees. The breakfast was included and it was very good simple but nice. From the front desk you can enter a restaurant that has great wine and the food it delicious. If I come again into Mendoza I will definitely stay again here.

Location was great, walk to everything, breakfast simple but sufficient, room simple and clean.

We enjoyed the central position of this Hotel. Easy and safe to walk to good restaurants, shops, etc. We like walking so we went to the beautiful San Martin Park, had a fresh juice at the "Naranja-Lima" trailer, excellent!! Carrefour Supermarket is around 6 blocks away. Breakfast: good service and plentiful. Swimming pool is not in the building so we did not try it. Room: Number 46 (or 406) was large and very comfortable with good Air Conditioner.

Hotel was in an excellent area-close to restaurants, entertainment and services. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the traffic noise was awful. I was on second floor. I don’t know if it is better higher up.

Nice clean hotel close to very good restaurants. The staff in the reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay and improvised trips to different other cities got way easier with their help. Would definately stay there again if I am in Mendoza.
