The hotel staff were outstanding from start to finish. They handled every question I had with professionalism and clarity, and their calm, courteous manner never faltered, even during busy periods. Travelling for both work and leisure, I genuinely appreciated the consistently high level of service. It made the entire stay smooth, enjoyable, and far more impressive than I expected.

Excellent hotel with great staff and very conveniently located near the central part of the city. Close to most sightseeing places. I would recommend it to tourists as well as to those who for work need to be in a central location. I would definitely use it again!

Acceptable hotel if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to sleep in the city center. Almost all Catania attractions are within walking distance and the hotel building is beautiful and in relatively good condition. That being said, breakfast was very limited especially if you wanted something savory (just 2 types of ham and 1 type of cheese, the same every day - otherwise they had 4 or 5 different types of croissant...). The worst part was the level of cleanliness though - the shower cabin had a significant amount of mold, and during our 6 night stay they never changed our bedsheets (which were stained to begin with) or vacuumed - actually they most likely didn't vacuum between guests either because there were a ton of dust bunnies on the floor and our socks would get full of dust after a walk from the bed to the bathroom. It's really a shame because this place could be so much nicer with a little more effort, but the current conditions really don't justify it being 4 stars.

Very kind and professional staff. Wanted a different room and they moved me to another room carrying all my stuff. Excellent breakfast and superb espresso coffee like it has to be in Sicily. Love it

Pro: - They have extra large rooms and bathrooms - the AC works well - extremely well located Cons: - barely any street parking and if you do find it you have to battle with the machines and pray they take a credit card and you understand the instructions in Italian - the shower was small but the shower entrance was miniscule.. im fat and could barely get in. It hurt me. - there are three steps to go up and another three to go down to the very old , tiny elevator but then there are 25 marble stairs to move your suitcases to the rooms and its painful - old and outdated bed covers/sheets and bad springy mattress - there is no one at the check in so to access the courtyard you need to correspond via WhatsApp with management and pray they answer your message. After 8pm they are not available . - there is a parking they work with which is NOT next door and its $15 but needs to be reserved in advance however they might forget and tell you there is no space when in fact you reserved it before

Absolutely stunning location! It was an easy walk to the cable car and a great way to see Isola Bella. There were a few random hairs on the bed when we checked in but it was otherwise spotless. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop pool was gorgeous!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room was nice and comfy. great location and close to the center Breakfast was just okay, a bit of overcooked food. Definitely take the parking option they suggest you since there is no way you can find any parking around.

The hotel was nice but misleading on the website It said parking available when there was no parking they said that they only have 4 parking spaces and you need to reserve it But the days that I was there there were empty parking spots hmmmmmm Catania is very very dirty especially around the market !

The staff and the hotel were amazing. Walking distance to the doumo square and near by a lot of restaurants. You can drop off your car at the front and they will park it for you.

Could not ask for a better location than this hotel. It is central and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. The staff speak English very well which is helpful. They even coordinated transportation to the airport for us. One con is that they didn't have a washcloth in the shower or hair conditioner, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, we were on the 4th floor and didn't have any windows, just skylights and one didn't open. Out of the 3 rooms we had, only 1 had an amazing view of the city. Depending how long you're staying, I'd recommend asking for a room with a view.

Great location and safe. Great staff. Very professional and fast. Rooms are nice. Beautiful architecture and decor. A very good place to stay in the middle of the city.

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The area was really nice and quiet. The room was more outdated than we expected but it did the job and the hotel itself was nice. The area around it though was all graffiti and not what we expected. It’s a shame really.
