We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Akra Kemer. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was truly outstanding, huge compliments to the kitchen staff for the incredible quality and variety every single day. The bartenders were excellent as well: friendly, fast, and making amazing cocktails throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and always perfectly maintained. The service across the entire hotel was exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and professional. The beach was another highlight, crystal clear, pristine water and a beautiful atmosphere for relaxing. The animation and entertainment team also deserves special recognition because they made the experience so much fun and kept the energy high every day. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable vacation. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kemer!

Fantastic resort in all aspects.

My partner and I are usually active travelers - we spend most of our time exploring, and our accommodation is mainly just a place to sleep and have breakfast. However, this holiday was meant to be different from all the others. For health reasons, we really needed to slow down, reset our minds, and fully relax for once. If you’re looking for a place where there isn’t much sightseeing and all you want is good food, drinks, and time to relax by the pool or the sea, then this is definitely the right place. The food was diverse and absolutely delicious - from the huge selection at the buffet restaurant to the wide range of à la carte restaurants. What surprised us positively was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We had the impression that the hotel mainly caters to guests from the biggest country in Europe, but at no point did we feel treated differently. Full respect to the team for their multilingual skills - it’s truly impressive how many languages they speak and how smoothly they communicate with guests from different countries. Perhaps the only small remark would be that the bellboy could improve his English slightly, but overall the service was excellent. What surprised us negatively is something the hotel unfortunately has little control over - the behavior of some guests. The amount of food waste was shocking. People were piling their plates with far more food than they could possibly eat. In the à la carte restaurants, guests were ordering multiple dishes

The room was very big and clean. Was including 2 rooms with sliding door in between, 2 bathrooms. Staff was polite and helpful. SPA and Gym are very good! Coffeemaker with capsules was in our room which is not typical for Turkey. Cons: The parking lot is really small for this size of hotel. Many cars were blocking each other. The beach is small too. Restaurant has a big choice of dishes but non was WOW! It's clean, well organized but "no spirit". Maybe it's just me... We were kind of unlacky. Our room was facing the stage where musician was performing from 21:00 to 23:00. My kids couldn't sleep. Keep it in mind if you planning to come with kids. Overall I would recomend this place.

Great place for a family vacation. Amenities, food, and staff were great. There are slides for kids. Lots of food options and is located in a convenient place.

Customer service is amazing . They really care about customer satisfaction. Food options are great as well. The chef is the best and provides extra care.

We had prepaid for three adults, but unfortunately one of our friends couldn’t join us due to health issues. While we didn’t expect a refund, we hoped the hotel would offer a small gesture such as a room upgrade. However, the request was denied with the explanation that the property was 98% full — something that didn’t seem true, as the hotel appeared to be only about half occupied during our stay. We had stayed here a few years ago and were disappointed to see that the quality of the food has noticeably declined since then. On top of that, we were unable to get a reservation at any of the à la carte restaurants, as we were told our stay was too short — another frustrating experience. Sadly, the lack of flexibility and poor customer service made it clear that guest satisfaction and loyalty are not a priority here. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.

A fully integrated resort. The resort is luxurious and very beautiful. The best thing about the resort is the variety of ideal meals from all kinds of foods. The staff and everyone are at your service.
