Elevator not working and was traveling with a disabled person. AC kept shutting off and room was hot. Was told someone could help with bags to room but he left.

Thanks for the nice stay. Glad I could help by getting people out of the stuck elevator

We had a great stay at BW+. Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was delicious. Menu changed each morning for the hot food choices!

Good location.! Not very big selection for gluten intolerant people.

Noisy

Upon my arrival, the greeting from the staff was amazing. The lobby was clean. The breakfast area was clean; however the rooms seem outdated and moldy smelling. The in room refrigerator made humming noises all night and the AC unit in the room made creaking noises.

The front desk manager was awesome but the hallways and rooms have a strange chemical/musty odor and rooms could use modernization

Staff was so friendly. Great location, clean room.

Location, cleanliness, customer service, room amenities and breakfast was perfect. I came here with my wife and 7 year old daughter and we were attended really good! I also felt safe on property and off the property with them! Sebastian area was beautiful and enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Sebastian!

Would never stay here again, hotel staff were not nice peovided me with inconsistent information. Was not given the room i booked on the second day. Example (should have walk in shower but had bathtub) Overall the staff at the front desk is why I rated so poorly

Nice clean place, good breakfast, free coffee and hot chocolate, close to water, restaurants, stores.
