Best hotel ive stayed in for years excellent

Amazing place to stay. Couldn’t fault a thing. Clean, spacious and great service throughout. All the restaurants are great and food quality is top notch

Compared to a standard 5 star hotel in North America, this hotel would be equivalent to a 3 star hotel. The buffet was busy, the food was mediocre. The wooden deck by the pool areas looked worn. My room had a leak stain on the ceiling. Beds were uncomfortable. Not worth the price or hype in my opinion. I wish I had known- I would never have booked this resort

Even after staying there the meaning of “ prive ULTRA all inclusive “ eludes me. You have to pay extra for a la carte dinners, pay for decent wines. Feels like I have been had…

Well maintained and iconic resort with a large main buffet and lots of smaller food outlets scattered throughout. Particularly liked the beer shack and fried chicken shack! Not cheap (and they accidentally changed me twice although I did get refunded), but worth it for a couple of nights. Healthy food options were plentiful and diverse (although most people still went for the burgers and chips!).

Hospitality at best

The staff were great, guest relations were great. The hotel is just tired though, and dated, needs a refurb urgently. The gym is rubbish, half the machines are broken, and aircon hardly works. The restaurants are ok if they're free but 25 euros per head? No, no, no. The waterpark is rubbish, couple of tiny slides. We had junior suite with a lovely view every morning of the overflowing bins of the hotel next door and we were apparently in the best suite. Although the room was kept clean, it again is tired, you can see thousands and thousands of people have stayed there before you. There are loads better hotels in Turkey, this hotel is 4* at best, if your expecting 5* you'll be disappointed as we were.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the main restaurant was very nice however it could get fairly busy and you had to queue a bit to be served

Lots of options for food. Too many people in hotel so crazy & hard to find seating. As so busy, all facilities thinned out. Hard to find areas to relax with loud music constantly blaring

The resort is fantastic for families with children. There are plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day, and the nightly shows were fun for all ages — a great way to wind down after a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful, though many had limited English skills, which sometimes made communication a bit tricky. That said, they always did their best to assist and were very polite. Where the resort really needs improvement is in decor and cleanliness. The rooms and some public areas felt dated, and a bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Because of this, it didn’t quite live up to the 5-star rating it claims — the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel luxurious. A good choice for families looking for a fun, food-filled vacation with lots to do — but if you’re particular about aesthetics or spotless surroundings, be prepared for a few compromises.

Overall great experience. Housekeeping has room for improvement. +16 areas were not enforced - wasted money… Delicious food, great shows, friendly staff and great water sports team will make your stay very enjoyable. I’d recommend Concorde De Lux Lara Antalya to everyone who wants to have fun and worry free vacation.

Food and staff were excellent. There were always plenty of tasty options, and service was fast. Especially want to call out the incredible service provided by Eren, Gizem, Tayfun, Cigdem, and Kubra at the pool and lobby bars. Everything was was incredibly clean and well-kept. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is the terrible check in and check out management. No one acknowledges you when you enter, giving them your car (or taking it back) takes forever, and the rooms were not ready while we were trying to check in. Overall, I would go again and would recommend just be prepared to feel like you are at a cheap motel when you check in and check out.

Was very clean, good service, good variety of dishes. Was surprised that the ultra all inclusive did not include the Ala Carte Restaurants.
