Such a lovely, family run hotel. So much more personal and quiet compared to the bigger, 4 & 5 star hotels. We were really glad we picked the Caravel. Huge room (apartment), great food and pool and just over the road from the sea. The owners were incredibly friendly, sorted out some last minute euros for us and booked probably the best taxi service we’ve ever had! All the good reviews were spot on.

The couple that run this hotel really look after it like it's their own and are always there for a helping hand. I got what I expected and more, would definitely recommend for a family or friend

Nice hotel, owners are very friendly and nice. The only thing we didn’t like is that the AC was weak and internet too. But overall it was a pleasant stay. Will do it again.

Enjoyable stay. Very basic kitchen facilities so we ate out all the time. No sink plug so couldn't wash up. No draining board. Kettle wouldn't switch off after boiling. Said it was 2 bedroom apartment but only 1 bedroom with 2 rock hard single beds in the living area/kitchen. My son had no privacy. Other than that all was good. Aircon and safe in room. Luggage storage good.

A family run aparthotel and what a delightful family they were. We were made very welcome. The apartment benefits from a small kitchen with a twin electric hob. Also we had a kettle and a teapot! We had 2 small balconies, with a sea view and air conditioning. Free wifi was available throughout. There was also a good sized pool and the attached restaurant served very nice food, beer and wine at excellent prices. Hotel residents even get a 10% reduction. A selection of shops, bars and restaurants are a few steps away from the hotel. For those who like walking you can reach Rhodes town in about an hour and a visit to the old town is a must. You can also get a bus or taxi at reasonable prices.

20 minutes from airport and 10 minutes by bus from Rhodes Town. Rooms and beds are comfortable and serviceable. Beach across the very busy main road is stony but sandy once you are in.

Excellent friendly apartment. The owners were lovely. Basic one bed apartment with small kitchenette. But that was all we needed for our stay. The staff at the hotel and adjoining coconut restaurant went out of their way to make us feel at home.

After a very warm welcome by Nita the owner we were surprised at the large size of the room in the self catering section. It was cleaned regularly and clean towels given daily. There is a small pool with a nice private area to enjoy the sun. The attached Coconut restaurant has tasty food with a wide variety especially suitable for children at a good price including a 10% discount for hotel patrons. - thanks to Christos, Status and others who were excellent staff in the restaurant.

We booked this hotel as we was staying down in Lindos for a week, but we wanted a night in the old town of Rhodes as we love it. We chose this as it was reasonably priced for what we wanted and close to the bars we have used many times in the past. We was pleasantly surprised, our room was large overlooking the pool away from the road and was very comfortable, very well equipped for an apartment. We would stay again if we visited for one night..

Only stayed 1 night as it was a stop Over on the way to Symi. Friendly staff, quiet and clean. We booked a family room and the only negative would be the single beds were very hard.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the 'family' couldn't do enough for us. Incredibly friendly, always chatted to us on arriving or leaving. The apartment itself was large, comfortable, clean (cleaned daily) plenty of balcony space. Accessible to beach, shops, bars. Really couldn't fault it at all. Highly recommend here and the Coconut Restaurant too which is also run by the same family

All and all it was a really nice experience except - dont for the love of your money and nerves: rent a moto or anything else thru theyre partner (Worst people in the island). But people in the reception were very lovely and the location was great.
