위치가 좀 떨어진곳이지만 쉬기엔 아주 적당한곳 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 체크인이 늦은시간이라 5:00 로비에서 오래 기다렸는데 손님들보다 더 시끄러운 직원들 수다… 웃음 … 좀 거슬렸습니다.

Wonderful beach area, clean room, plus food choices.

Couldn’t sleep due to very loud night club blasting music all night. Pool wasn’t big enough for the hotel. Not enough sun loungers. Took me complaining to reception for someone to clean my room after 2 days. Room was dusty, grimy and generally uncomfortable.

Dated hotel, could definitely do with modernizing and definitely not worth the money I paid for it. Location was good

Overcrowded & noisy, but on the beach, so to be expected. Our shower leaked all over thd bathroom, but they repaied it the same day. The food was plentiful, but rather average.

All the restaurants are buffet or by advance reservation only. No ala carte other than pizza in the day time, which mysteriously closes at 3pm. Thankfully there are numerous great restaurants down on the beach - with a great view!! Place reminds me if a Las Vegas hotel or cruise ship. Great location, but all about $$.

Lack of turnover service until I asked. No room with view which is what I paid for. Otherwise it was nice.

Great stay with amazing views. Room was nice, all inclusive was great, staff were lovely. Food can get a bit repetitive but we found it okay as not picky eaters. Lots of restaurants you can book but we found these varied. But great value overall with the burgers tacos etc, especially for drinks!

Overall the stay was great! The rooms were clean, included a closet, TV, and kitchenette. The bathroom was clean. Small counter space. If you get a double bed expect it to be two singles. The overall property was very beautiful. Many pools. A lot of the services were not working, no boat bar or hot tub. You’re not allowed to put water in the sauna. Communicating with some staff was difficult, they didn’t understand when we asked for a water refil station. We didn’t find out where the complimentary coffee/tea/juice/water stations were until we checked out (theyre in the reception lobby) other than served with meals. Coffee and tea however were only available with breakfast in Jacks diner. If you get all inclusive, don’t expect to be there for the food. Amazing desserts and fruit, but overall meals were okay. The property sits on an extremely beautiful beach with cliffs and hiking trails. Go just for the view!

We have visited many times , great location by the beach , we were disappointed to turn up and find that the pool next to our apartment was drained and closed the whole stay .

Nice room but was so noisy people where shouting and banking about all night so didn't get much sleep

The hotel is very large, catering for all types of guests. I had a good size room with my own balcony, without paying extra. The room was clean and beds comfy. Throughout the room, there was a few aspects which required maintenance, most importantly, the door being difficult to lock. The pool area is very large, but also extremely busy throughout the day, which, isn’t exactly a relaxing experience. However, there is a very pleasant beach right next to hotel for those who would prefer peace a quiet. The down side was that my room was located directly across from a nightclub which played music until the early hours of the morning, which some may find difficult to sleep with. I’m addition, the hotel seems to attract a large amount of young adult as patrons, who are often noisy themselves. Parking at the hotel is available within their car park, but this can become full easily. When this happens, you can park on the street at no extra cost.

Noisy place with a lot of partying. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had 10 cockroaches during that time. The first one slid right under the front door moments after we arrived. When we complained they tried relocating us to a smaller room with a terrible balcony and judging by the location it would have been a lot noisier so we refused. All they did to remediate the problem was to clean the room a little better and give us some bug spray. We asked them to fix the door so the cockroaches wouldn't get under the door and they said they'd contact maintenance but they never came so we had to stuff the gap with toilet paper for the rest of the trip. It wasn't until the 3rd complaint on the 12th day that someone took us seriously and finally contacted management. We had asked to contact someone in management before but they wouldn't do it. We were finally offered a better room but with only two nights left we didn't feel like moving. We were used to the roaches anyway. Apart from the roaches the room was nice enough. Close to the beach, nice balcony and a terrific view.

We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking the ocean. I would recommend this property every time. We took the self catering option, which was wonderful.

Fabulous place for long stay! We stayed 2 month and we have to give full credit to Rui at front desk! He was amazing, helpful, and anytime anything needed attention, he was right on it. He was so wonderful and our favourite staff member. Thank you so much for being so kind to us while we were here.
