Bed old, lumpy and noisy. “Warm”Breakfast was cold. Doors slamming noise from other rooms are load.

Ok place to stay if you are flying into or from Bergamo & have a car as a taxi is expensive & free shuttle isn’t available. Reasonable buffet breakfast, we stayed on 2 separate nights at the beginning & end of our holiday. The 24/7 check in & late check out at 12.00 appealed to us as we had a late flight in & required some time for repacking before our flight home.

The location was ideal for us and although the room was a little small everything was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed.

the receptionist staff have been very helpful and made myself and my 3 years old daughter very comfortable since the beginning. the room was very clean and well furnished. When we've arrived in the room on the second floor it was just too hot for my taste but opening the window was enough, however I've had prompt response from the reception for all my requests. I've really liked the interior design and the breakfast. sure I will return.

This is really more like a two star hotel than a four star, as others have said. Thus its really not worth the price. The pictures look better than the actual condition of the place. But overall the stay was OK for a two stars hotel. The rooms are soundproofed and pretty quiet, the place is clean, the toilets are quite new but the room needs an update. It does the job if youre staying for one night and if they lower the price to reflect the Condition of the place. Breakfast was pretty good, they had hot scrambled eggs and sausages, so it wasnt fully continental. Service was fine.

It was just an ok hotel. The reason what we book this was because of the airport shuttle but we call them and they said to just take a taxi they are not doing that for 2 people .hotel is really far from the city and nothing around.Also wasn’t as picture it was really bad and weird . I didn’t like at all . It could be a 2 star hotel not welcoming or good .

Overall I am satisfied with a room in the comfort of the hotel in general. The staff were helpful end the breakfast very rich. I would stay again and I recommend it
