The rate is low, and the staff were helpful - that's the good part. The property entrance is hidden, which can be a safety issue if you're arriving after dark by public transport (although Uber will drop you at their front door). The carpet and bedsheets were stained, and there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the room; there were hairs on the bed, so it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Hotel is ok for the price. Staff are very helpful however we had to get a taxi but was charged 70 euros from the hotel to Lafayette Shopping center in Paris. Breakfast buffet is ok but could be better

Get what you pay for though this was an expensive expense for the room we got. Dated. In desperate need for some paint. Room was cleaned daily and as good as they can but.... As we were there over a weekend they had a buffet. Find a local steakhouse. Not tempted by the breakfast. 5 out of 10 is a good score and that i give as there was free parking!

I had an 8 night stay @ Kyriad Le Blanc-Mesnil Hotel. The first 7 days were fine, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was an asset that I speak basic French. Unfortuntately, my very last day, an intimidating, violent, unprofessional and possibly mentally ill person with whom I have had no contact before came to my door and threatened me physically b/c I had not been adherent to the rules of cleaning, meaning I had declined 'menage' or housekeeping services. Apparently after 7 days that is a rule, but no one advised me of that...my room was fine, you would not have even found or smelled a cigarette. I had gone to the hotel/area to take a break from the chaos in Paris. But this man yelled at me at the top of his lungs, lied because although my room was paid for until the next day he said he would place me out on the street with a reimbursement which was false b/c I pay hotels.com and mostly truly scared me which is a shame because all the other staff had been very accommodating, friendly and respectful in their duties as tourism/hotel staff. I have been with hotels.com, and with the exception of 1 or 2 minor situations in which I was assisted, although I feel like the service has declined in the last couple of years, for the FIRST time I had to call the local police as well as the U.S. embassy to advise them as to the situation that had taken place, primordially for my safety. I do not like to give bad reviews, but in this case I had fear for my safety.

They went through my suitcase and everything I had on the desk. I told the front desk staff. Sent pictures like they asked. Never got back to me and nothing was done. Room service people were there next day like nothing happened. I had do not disturb sign on door and they still came in and still went thru my belongings. Good thing I didn't leave money. Please stay away from this place if you want ur stuff to stay yours, they didn't even care after I told them or even followed up . Traveller beware!!

The desk manager Murats is disgusting towards guests. Dont dare attempt to take a glass of orange juice If you need to take medication in your room beware they will throw you out of the hotel like they did to me. It’s this one employee that can ruin the whole business. Stay clear of this hotel.

We got stuck in the lift, no answer from the alarm call system. Had to phone the hotel reception from the lift to translate and ask to be let out. Air conditioning didnt work so we had to have the window open, where all night long was shouting from deliveries and collections at the hotel, as well as rain water dripping loudly onto a plastic platform.

My boyfriend and I were initially really worried about the hotel based on other bad reviews; but there was nothing to worry about! The hotel was only a 10 minute drive from Charles De Gaulle airport, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice and tidy with cleaning staff coming round each day to change the bins/make the beds. Only slight stressful part was the distance to/from the city centre. Travel to/from the city centre can take between 50 minutes to 2 hours by car based on if there are accidents or anything on the motorway. There are also bus stops nearby, and there is a lovely shopping centre about 10-20 minutes walk from the hotel! Overall it was still a wonderful stay!
