Could do with a snack menu to eat in bar area

We had a very pleasant stay at Maldron Hotel Galway. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. One of the highlights was the free parking, which was a great convenience and added value to our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great stay, and I would happily recommend Maldron Hotel Galway to anyone visiting the area.

Modern and lovely. We taxi-ed to town which was very easy. Great hotel.

The only thing I would say negatively is don’t book breakfast. We had booked breakfast, my husband and I both thought that it wasn’t worth the price, scrambled eggs were cold, sausages were cold didnt have bacon as it was very greasy looking. A continental breakfast might be the option you could go for, but not sure if there are different prices for breakfast?

We stayed 2 nights the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great, friendly and most helpful. The hotel had a lot of amenities, and it was nice to have a restaurant on site that served breakfast. Free parking garage was a big plus.

Great hotel for the price. Clean, new, good bed and shower, nice size room, decent restaurant, helpful staff, and ample free parking underground so no issue with getting in and out with the rain. Although it’s outside the center of the city, it has some shopping and restaurants around and has a Spar on site.

Very nice stay. The bus stop is also very near so easy to get into town without the car. The car park is free and lots of space (underground)

More real chairs needed as there are two of us travelling. A working fridge to chill some wine and other perishables would be welcome. There seem to be a lot of unnecessary security doors that made ingress/egress cumbersome. Having bus access to Eyre Square was a handy alternative to a taxi before 6pm. Having the Spar convenience store nearby offered handy fast food choices Staff were very helpful in explaining how to book local tours online without running into (two factor authentication - text message) restrictions ---great!!!!!

Spacious room. Great breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful. Quick trip to Galway center.

Nice place

This property is conveniently located. Easy walk to Eyre Square - 25 minutes. Close to shopping. Friendly staff. Restaurant convenient but expensive and food not very good. We had a refrigerator as my husband had meds that required this. However, when you leave, electrical is disabled. Would stay here again.

Reception desk people were pleasant. Underground parking spaces were small and parking very difficult with a full size car.

Our bathroom was not flushing and we reported it. They came to our room with a toilet bowl cleaner and said maintenance would come tomorrow and there was nothing they could do. So we had to deal with a toilet that did not flush

Parking was included which was a nice change. Location was great. Not too far from the freeway and just a 25 minute walk to lively downtown.
