The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean, TV very small, internet extremely slow and overall decor a bit outdated. Staff was very courteous. Close to snowmobile trail and restaurants.

Very clean and friendly management. It is such a pleasure to stay in an elegant, old-style, historic "mansion' instead of another cookie-cutter concrete block that defines most modern hotels. And very nice to be able to walk to all attractions of Montebello. Very nice river views.

It would be okay for a $80/night stay and if you like a "turning of the century feeling". Looking nice on a picture though...

Our room had a lot of lady bugs, they came and vacuum it! The shower wasn't working properly, the AC is a split type and it was broken, the heat smelled fowl as soon as we turned it on. The TV didn't work. This hotel is simply outdated compared to all other hotels. It is well renovated from the outside though, and looked good!
