Was so friendly . You can’t use your debit credit card , was a great experience.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Price was a little high considering the condition and renovation the property is under going. BUT I WILL TAKE GREAT SERVICE EVERY TIME OVER modern condition. Will definitely visit again on return to Vancouver

This property is very close to our daughter's apartment, so very convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Some of the amenities are quite old and outdated, but it was very clean. Lots of parking. Not the nicest area.

The staff go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. 10 min walk to the Skytrain & very safe neighborhood.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The location made it easy to make our way downtown and around.

We didn’t like the fact that the staff wasn’t there all night and also the hotel looked very unsafe

Check in process was good and room was clean and comfortable. Some bugs did come out of the drain when we first turned the shower on though. The hotel is also under renovation so there was no pool and half the hallway was taped off. We went to ask for forks in the lobby and they tried to charge us which seemed weird to me, but other than that the stay was pleasant enough.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay here. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have anything you need. Their security practices go above and beyond.

This hotel is older & they are doing renos. Over all it was a good place to stay - we felt safe. Lots of restaurants around that are walkable. The staff were very very nice. Would stay again.

The front desk staffs are very nice and helpful. She guided us to the room and explained clearly about the hotel. Although it’s not included breakfast, but there are free coffee, fruits and cookies treats in the morning. Outlook of the hotel building is old but inside the room is quite new and clean.

There is no accessibility at this hotel. Stairs to get in.

Excellent customer service, front desk specially Handra is so accomodating & helpful. Room is spacious & clean. They attended to our request quickly.
