I wasn't able to check in at the 3 PM check in time because my room had not been cleaned yet. The front desk clerk did not provide any options or acknowledgement that they inconvenienced me in any way. I waited in the lobby 45 minutes and they said the room was ready. Went to my room and a cleaner said it wasn't done yet. Waited in the hall another 20 minutes for it to be done. No compensation or apologies, just inconvenience to me.

Our bathroom toilet ran unless we manually corrected it , the bed skirt was stained . There was no clock in the room . Overall very disappointing.

I love that hotel. The large parking lot the nice rooms. Breakfast was excellent

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I like its convenience from the interstate. The beds I feel are super comfortable. The staff was great!

The employees were rude, the beds were old and saggy. The pool was very cold. The breakfast had 2 hot choices that were empty all morning. The gym had a broken fan, water cooler with no cups and a tiny room. The elevator made loud noises you could hear from our room. Awful stay!!!!

Overall we had a good stay. The staff at front desk were friendly and the place was clean. The manager of the hotel was a bit rude.

When you're driving across the country and Sheridan is your stop. This is a great option...

The hotel is pretty new and seemingly well maintained. Nice staff.

Elevators smelled strongly of cigarettes, room was pretty musty, and shower had quite a bit of questionable brown discoloration.
