Fabulous stay- lovely priceless room and really enjoyed the spa and pool.

Hotel staff were very helpful. Very attentive. We were upgraded to the premium room which was brilliant. Erin was extremhelpful snd made sure we had everything we needed and an issues resolved. Thank you Erin at Mecure Sheffield! You made our experience all the better.

Excellent location and staff were lovely and went out of their way to help and very friendly. The room was very dated and drab looking and in need of an update.

The original room we checked in to was awful. Dirty, and a dreadful sewage smell in the bathroom. Reception staff were excellent and changed the room for us, with a little upgrade too. The room we stayed in was fine...a bit on the dirty side (cobwebs in most cirners) but iverall a decent base for a night away

This is a lovely hotel in an amazing cbtesk location in the city. We were going to an event at the City Hall which is just 5 min walk away. It’s got plenty of restaurant choices in easy walking distance and is situated in a lovely part of the city on the edge of the lovely Peace Garden. The staff were friendly and the hotel lobby and bar are really nice as was our bedroom. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but has a deal with a large car park 5min walk away at a discounted rate.

Very comfortable large room very comfortable bed .,nice view over the peace garden. Easy walk (and I am on crutches)from Station and to the City Hall the reason for our visit. Very good choices for breakfast dinner also was lovely . Thankyou for a brilliant weekend.

Beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Brilliant central location near all amenities, restaurants, City Hall, not far from the train station and tram stops. Friendly staff, lovely clean, spacious rooms, all the facilities you need. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, hot and cold.

The hotel was comfortable and centrally located. The staff were friendly and helpful and proximity to the Winter Gardens was a big plus. However, this hotel has a number of problems relating to access. When we arrived by taxi from the station there was no obvious way into the hotel and no signage to help, a real problem for someone with mobility problems. Also, given that the ground floor overlooks the Winter Gardens it is both frustrating and totally absurd that access to the Gardens is blocked from the hotel. Surely a system involving key cards or a code could be devised that would afford both access and security. It is something that takes away from the attraction of staying at the hotel - a definite negative.

Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious and brilliant staff. Very hospitable and also gave a complimentary upgrade to the suite. Booking again!

Friendly hotel! Great that the room has a fridge, the TV was updated since our last stay which is good as previously it was out dated, would be handy if the tv was connected to the internet. The fan in the bathroom was loud and never went off. The room itself looked like it needed updating, the carpet was worn and dirty, bathroom had mould and broken facilities (such as volume for tv switch). The air-conditioning also had a mind of it's own. Overall the stay was good and facilities are good, but could do with updating.

Carpets were disgusting and pillows shocking on beds . The person on the front desk who I checked in with was shocking . Thank goodness another lady came to the rescue

Check in reception was very welcoming and very professional & efficient. Hotel facilities were very good and the hotels location fit city centre & food/bars is ideal.

we found the parking advised by the hotel easily, and it was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel, the hotel is situated in a position central to most bars , shops and restaurants, the check in was quick and easy and we were in our room within minutes of arrival. Room was clean snd spacious, however a negative comment would be that there was no bottled water, this you had to purchase from reception, We went to the concert which we enjoyed but returned hungry around 10.30 pm, unfortunately another negative,is that there was no snacks avsilable so we had to make do with Crisps, the bar was not much better, some of the staff have no idea how to run a bar , and the que quickly formed to the annoyance of hotel guests, at this point we decded to call it a night and went to bed,

The reception and spa staff went out of their way to make our stay lovely. Breakfast was very good
