A cute boutique hotel within walking distance of all the city attractions. All the staff are so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are simple but have everything needed for a comfortable stay

Lovely boutique hotel, excellent service, the personnel extremely friendly and accommodating, very convenient location at walking distance to the main attractions and easily accessible with the car as the hotel is located immediately outside the ZTL area. The hotel offers to valet park your car for a 45 euros a day which is very convenient.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is nice, a bit on the smaller side. Rooms are a bit small. Didn't have a great view from the room. Very good breakfast and excellent service there especially by Katarina. She was very attentive, kind and made us feel very welcomed. We wanted to do late check out. Not a lot of flexibility there although there was scope. Overall it was good.

Overall good stay through out my business trip. The only downside is the hotel located quite the outskirt of the city center. Needed to walk at least 10-15 minutes 1km everytime go for lunch or dinner. Other than that, all good for my stay.

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast buffet by the way!!

Lovely boutique hotel. The service was outstanding. The rooms are small but nicely done and the ac was amazing since it was incredibly warm outside. Breakfast was perfect.

I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too. Special thanks to Adil for helping with my bags and being so friendly!

Wonderful staff who helped greet us and with luggage. They were kind and helpful. They had great recommendations. Rooms were clean and modern. Perfect location on the river in Florence. Less than a mile walk to all the main atttactions in Florence.
