Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Need to take a taxi to get anywhere off site. On site shop. Would highly recommend.

Nice staff. Comfortable and nice resort. Some issues in kitchen. Evening food was not great. Some breakfast food was very good, at other times some elements poor. E.g. bread and pastries very good. Bacon/sausage poor. Some items missing due to ordering problems chef said.

Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies. Overall a comfortable hotel for a longer stay - courtyard and common area are beautiful.

The staff were excellent and always willing to help. We encountered an issue with our room which they resolved swiftly. The hotel is child friendly, amazing overall. All thing is that you need to rely on taxis or hire car to get around as there is no public transport

Lovely hotel

The pillows stink of sweat - despite changing pillows and even rooms, this issue was consistent. Looking at other reviews online it seems others have raised this yet the hotel hasn’t changed the pillows - making the rooms feel dirty and sleeping in the beds massively unpleasant. The restaurant - as well as the pool bar - are hugely limited and very expensive eg 30 euros for tapas prawns. The food is also mediocre at best so doesn’t even earn the price tag. The hotel is was way more interested in hosting massive corporate events for large groups than the experience of the paying guests - we had to sit separately at breakfast, couldn’t get a table for dinner, couldn’t use certain parts of the hotel on certain days and had to put up with loud music in the evenings where they hosted parties. This is a beautiful hotel - but I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Excellent service with front desk personnel during checkin. Spacious and very clean room. Excellent gateway location , quiet and peaceful facility. Great 24 hr gym facilities

Place is quite but far away from all activities. You need car to go anywhere. It is recommended to rent a car on this island

Absolutely fantastic hotel, great staff.

Overall very well kept and clean hotel. Friendly staff and great location… but they could improve: food choices for ppl with dietary requirements (vegan), adding some signs in hotel like in pool for pool depth, providing us with larger water bottles.

From our arrival to leaving, every staff member was very professional, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, well finished and comfortable. Generally, very quiet although our room had a connecting door to the next room and we could hear every word, couch and phone call. Excellent restaurant and waiting staff. We really appreciated being able to have a late check out at no extra cost. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome hotel, good location for getting around. The service was great, food at the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was one of the best with a wide variety of options and some things they change daily to keep it interesting. Free and easy parking too. Is the place I would stay for any future Mallorca trips.

Ein wundervolles Hotel in einem unglaublich großzügigen, toll angelegten und ruhigen Resort. Das Interior Design ist geschmackvoll und edel, aber auch mediterran entspannt. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bald wieder!
