This was a fabulous hotel. Modern and near the station. Less convenient for the old town but it was easy to buy a one day travel ticket.

The staff were especially helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend.

Overall, location rooms and basics were real attractions to the location. The breakfast was much better than most and made the hotel as much a destination feature as a place to crash. The biggest regret is the nickle-dime mentality of charging what was close to another night for a three hour early check in. I was really surprised that check-in was at 4pm! You could see a lot of people were as they turned away from the option. This also created a bit of a bottleneck at 4 when everyone came back. It looked like check in at the airport.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was great with a wide selection and variety of food to choose from. The only negative was that the carpets on the floors needed to be cleaned because they were dirty and it gave a bad impression.

Great property in a great location just minutes from the Warsaw Central Train station. Very high recommend.

Really lovely stay. The location is hard to beat, the renovation was done with real taste, and the restaurants genuinely delivered. Gym, pool, spa — all exactly what you'd hope for at this level. The Panorama Bar alone is worth a visit. Highly recommend.

Loved it!!

The staff is quite amicable. The views of downtown are beautiful, especially of the Palace of Culture. Please ask for a higher floor if you decide to stay here .
