First, they upgraded our room so we were so happy, but I was not happy when we see our room, the waste can they don’t even put plastic on it, the bed sheets that they put in was not clean and, I tried to ask to the reception if they can move us on the other room they said it was full🤨

Hotel is quite old but it has very nice natural atmosphere! The entrance might be too far if you do not have car & the decoration is quite old fashion, however I personally think the at atmosphere is very nice & naturally just like staying in the jungle.

The best accommodation I've ever had. The staffs are friendly. The room is clean and they clean it everyday. The place is quiet and tranquil you can enjoy your vacation. We paid a discounted price so it was really an awesome deal.

Family trip: Children love the pool because of the wide and multi-zone, shady atmosphere, wide garden, lots of parking space.

The room is big and clean , peaceful place to stay , the hotel has a lot of space for walking and chilling . Helpful staffs with good breakfast .

The hotel was good. But the service was very slow. The shower in the room wasn't working. And by the time I got another room, I was so late for my Christmas eve dinner, and the manager was so rude she wasn't ready to compensate for anything.. Didn't like the attitude of the staff. Overall a bad experience
