Clean property and helpful staff

This is a great hotel. We have stayed at this location on several occasions. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Lots of parking with security onsite. Very close to several food locations. Only area they need to work on is to update the pool area.

This is my second time staying here, I like the location, the rooms are always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is awesome!

Loved the stay. Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and polite. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious.

Great stay and wonderful hospitality

Dairene was very attentive and helpful to my family needs on several occasions. We are appreciative and grateful and will strongly consider staying Holiday Inn again.

The staff were incredibly friendly! The room was clean and everything was thoughtful, such as having access to tea or a mini-fridge. The room simply did all of the small things right, which I am not used to having in the US.

I always try to stay in this property whenever I visit Vancouver. I can't say this is a five star property. But it is a decent hotel with basic breakfast and tea/ coffee available all the time. It is close to central part of Surrey.

This property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Just keep in mind, it is about 45-60 minutes away from downtown Vancouver depending on traffic.

We had a wonderful time here, everything was as we expected. Breakfast was good, comfortable and clean rooms. We were close to the ice and vending machine and it was a little noisy.

Our room was next to the elevator and there was plenty of noise from other guests out in the hall talking loud most of the night.

The afternoon shift staff on the 6th of June were fantastic. Daniere(sp ?) was so thoughtful, kind and welcoming. Our continental breakfast was great. Thank you
