Stayed at 4-bed women dorm. The room & showers were quite ok, just bring yourown towel, amenities kit and sandals to go to showers, if you need them. Good location, with mini market, club & resto next door, Skybus drop off No.9 is just nearby. It's a walking distance to harbour and Albert Park. There are many attraction spot brochures at lobby. We just found out Base could assist to provide tour info and book it. Alex from Base Queenstown was the one who assisted us at that time when we was searching tour there👍

not recommend if you stay more than one night. noisy. dirty. the only good thing is the location.

The receptionists are friendly and happy to help. The reception area is spacious enough to wait and the kitchen is also pretty decent

The staffs are really accommodating. We booked queen bed ensuite but the bathroom was a bit dirty. And very noisy at night because of the club downstair. But overall the location is perfect.

Overall good but we have to walk up, with the way up. Too high for us. And we were tired. Bringing all 3 suitcases with us. I'm okay but my wife is not supposed to do walk up that way. Poor her.
