The staff was amazing! Got us checked in alittle early after a long flight. Restaurant was excellent along with the breakfast. Great walkable location. Would stay here again.

All of the above . Our first visit to Buenos Aires was made especially fantastic thanks to your amazing staff , from the moment we checked in to the last breakfast we had . The desk staff were so helpful recommending 2 nearby restaurants for dinner for us and the bar/cafe staff were so friendly also . One young man , and I am sorry I cannot remember his name but we had a great conversation about football ( he was a Boca supporter haha ) and the young ladies were a great complement to your hotel . I have a good friend in Vancouver that is a travel agent and we will certainly recommend your hotel to her for any of her clients visiting Argentina 🇦🇷. Thank you again for an amazing holiday . El hotel se quedó atrapado en los años 70, necesita renovación. Lejos de ser un hotel 5 estrellas, el baño en la suite que viene con bañera se inundó las dos noches. La puerta de la ducha tampoco cerraba y salía agua por ahí también. El baño lleno de moho, peligroso. No había toma de corriente cerca de la cama. Se escuchaban a los vecinos y todo lo que pasaba en la calle. En la "piscina" entraban máximo 5 personas,y la escalera estaba suelta, peligroso también. El staff de recepción te atiende como si te estuviese haciendo un favor. Lo único rescatable es su ubicación cerca del Obelisco pero hay otros hoteles por ahí así que no es la única opción, no volveremls nunca.

The rooms were very clean and the room service was spot on. But what really stood out was the front desk staff who helped with directions or really anything I asked. Great attitude, very polite and very helpful

Great service and being accommodating!

Room was great, roomy, clean with design furniture, great views. Personnel was attentive. however, for a 5 rated hotel I would have expected some premium channels in the TV (sports), more premium food in breakfast, though it has variety, and less of a spotty Internet access

We had to move rooms due to been placed directly underneath a room used for cabin crew, which resulted in no sleep due to one set leaving about 1.00am, the cleaner then came in and cleaned the room which was also very noisy, then at 400am a new crew arrived and they were also very noisy. When we moved rooms it was better, however still very noisy due to the wooden floors.
