A great vacation destination for families, lots to do, great meal services and a reasonable price

Everything was good but old hotel

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Rooms do not have airconditioning. Buffet food gave me food poisoning. Very unhelpful and rude staff.

Nice

The good: Nice pools (including an indoor one). Different places to eat. Good food. Shows. Drinks. Very good for family with kids. Nice beach with water sports (for a price). Can improve: The staff doesn't speak/understand english so well. All the wall outlets are european and they don't have adapters in the reception. The bad: A few members of the staff wearing orange shirts are very rude, not the young ones tho. Anecdote: At the beginning of our stay we had some problems with our room (they gave us a Villa), the air conditioner was not working and it was a pretty outdated room, until there it was ok, but we had an issue with the personnel at the reception wearing orange shirts one tall man with black hair (one of the few that speaks english, I wish I photographed this dude...) treated us pretty rude, he didn't even want us to stand in the reception and basically forced us to got sit somewhere else. Anyways, the next day they noticed we were not pleased with their behavior and one of the managers (I lost his card) called us and upgraded our room to a family room in the main building for no charge, he was very eager to make it right and indeed it was a turn around for our stay, we had a better view, better AC, better bathroom and WiFi. Final thought: Is a really good place to stay for the price and they will try to make it right if you let them know you are not comfortable. I really recommend this place for families with kids.

We spent a great family vacation at belconti hotel..

The hotel have every thing to give a brillant vacation, but their service and the all inclusive concept is draging it down to a low level. When we arrived the room was not what we reserved. The voucher clearly stated with see view but the reception was not willing to fix the issue. We should talk to Hotel.com. And yes we did get a discount from Hotel.com but we had to discuss the issue again with management. Spending 4 hours to get what you paid for not a good start. I don't understand the idea of me the customer who hold a legal document with a hotel confirmation of what I ordered need to be involved in the discussion with either the Belconti Hotel or Hotel.com. Why don't just discuss it between them. Should be their problem, not mine. In general the service staff didn't speak any or very little English. Ok could live with that if the attitude had been positive but again it was my problem. No kindness or try to help or work it out. All inclusive do in this case mean same, same every day. The food was the same for lunch and dinner. Even some of the food was the same in the morning and the rest of the day. The three a la carte restaurants at the hotel was not open any of the 7 days we stayed there so that was not the solution. We ended up eating at restuarants outsite the Hotel half the time. All together an OK vacation due to the hotels general qualities. No we are not coming back to Belconti Resort Hotel.

It was so disgusting, I suppose to stay 2 weeks,just made 2 days,I even paid $1500 extra to get a flight early to la ,bathroom dirty,food and drink was not even ok,beer had a time to drink,disgusting hotel,it was 2 star hotel not even 3,

Great facility staff should be look more friendly and to much Russian influence all entertainment

The hotel provides all-inclusive service just like other hotels in this area. So dining, access to beach/pool/recreational utilities/evening shows & musics are all included in the hotel price. The room furnishing is a bit outdated but it is clean. We used the beach, pool, and tennis courts and they are in very good conditions. The food variety can be dull after a couple of days. The staffs are friendly however since majority of their guests are Russians/Germans so it may not be so accomodating for English speakers. Overall we had a good stay and alot of fun on the beach. (Where else can you get a beach hotel by the Mediterranean at such price)

Çok eski kalmış, 2-3 bin daha verip güzel bi otelde kalın. Her şey dahil olmasına bile gerek yok, ki biz doğru düzgün bir şey yiyemedik burada. Yemekler çok kötüydü, etleri bi tuhaftı. Sonuç olarak çok kötü bi deneyimdi
