A nice older hotel in the centre of the former Jewish area. The staff were friendly.

The breakfast was terrific and staff were helpful. My only complaints were that the bathroom drains smelled (old pipes, I assume) and the carpet was quite worn (though clean). It’s a simple, clean hotel and you will get what you pay for. Overall a good experience and I would return without hesitation.

The location to restaurant sites

Highly recommend this hotel. So clean , nice staff and the room was very spacious and warm. Breakfast was great and we also got a lunchbox one day for when we were leaving too early for breakfast. Great location, we walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

I suffer from anxiety and panic as such I always book a hotel with room service and or a restaurant which on your site it states this hotel has which is why I booked it. When I got there only breakfast is served, no room service, no restaurant. Also I was in the attic with no air conditioning just a small fan. The area is very rundown with graffiti everywhere. This ruined my holiday totally. Money wasted

I like the area, very quite and less traffic. I don't like the breakfast is cold and the same each day.

Staff were friendly, included breakfast buffet was good, unfortunately our tv and refrigerator both were not working.

hotel has a central location for seeing Krakow, friendly obliging staff, lovely breakfast, rooms are clean and well maintained really couldn't fault this hotel
