Breakfast is outstanding

Great reception on arrival and then all downhill from there. My room had a sloped ceiling in it that was so low when I woke up at night I was close to knocking myself out when I hit my head. I asked after checking in but they couldn’t accommodate a change. The restaurant had a valentine day dinner that was well bellow average, breakfast was so poor din not have plates available to take food and for a hotel with this high of rating they can’t only have nespreso crap capsul coffee.

All was good! The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, I was to do my morning run in Parque de Retiro. The breakfast food, was really good.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, however our family felt our rooms were small compared to another hotel we stayed at earlier in the week. Plus the walls are thin. We could hear people next to us each night, very late. Not to mention the doors slamming at other rooms. The breakfast buffet was amazing! And we had one bartender that made an amazing sangria for us one night!

Everything was fabulous!

We booked a Vincii Double Room which we assumed would have 2 beds however no rooms were avalable with 2 beds. We were given a Vincci room which was a lower category with no rater adjustments offered

Staff were friendly and helpful and patient with my level of Spanish proficiency. Food was excellent. Bed was super comfortable. Great shower.

Every was great at hotel except coffee machines at breakfast were frequently in need of service.

The people at the Reception desk were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Lots of variety for breakfast.
