Lovely, clean hotel with helpful staff. Excellent views. Difficult to drive one-way road the last half mile to the property, but it didn't affect us, as we arrived late, and left early. Great enclosed parking area.

Terrible location. We were looking for a hotel close to the airport- but this one is definitely was not a good choice. No taxi or uber to be found. The stuff wasn’t helpful. The hotel is very dated and dark, no restaurants around and the one on promises was not good. Overall it was not a good experience.

Room is pretty clean and comfortable. Scenery is nice. Staff is helpful. Driving up the hill to the hetel is a challenge and easily took the wrong route.

Very out of date hotel and an awkward location.

Dont have time to try it start at 7am and I leave at 6:45am

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were very nice, clean, as were the facilities in general. Front desk staff were very friendly, thorough, and kind. The only detractor was the breakfast buffet. It looked to have been plenty perhaps early on, however there was a few empty spaces that were never replenished. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and fruit salad / selection was only bits remaining (not a full portion). Cutting board looked like it had fresh bread, but none left, and two other empty plates. I waited 45 minutes for replenishment but just went with what was there. I had been counting on breakfast, so it was a detractor. Otherwise, the beauty of the hills and neighbourhood would still encourage me to go back.

Close to the airport. Beautiful terrace overlooking Naples. Friendly front desk staff.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s on the top of the hill and you have amazing panoramic views of the city. It is within a 15 to 20 minutes walk to center. It has a very safe parking lot which is gated. The staff is great. They also have a good restaurant on site. I am recommending.

Not too friendly staffs

I did not like that booking with expedia, the rooms are in the basement. Dark and muggy. The staff was great. no complaints. The area and location was good as well. Questionable once the sun sets. I found it strange they had no bottled water to purchase at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived early from a red-eye flight and they let us have our rooms several hours before check-in time, which was a life saver!

Beautiful stay

I never write reviews but this hotel is the worst i have ever stayed at- save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. super old Dirty No ac Food is not refigerated and spoiled Everything is bad bad overall

No hot water, put us in a room on underground area, felt very dark.

Great staff

The property sat at the top of a hill, with narrow winding roads that buses are not able to navigate. The view was beautiful. The staff was kind and many spoke English. The remoteness hindered exploration of the city and taxis were necessary and got expensive if you like activities in the city or tours.
