Room was not very clean. The staff were friendly and English speaking. The location was nice and close to the beach and centre of town. Breakfast was good as well.

The night manager Claudio provided exceptional service. He arranged easy parking, sorted an electrical problem. all with a smile and grace.

The location was great and staff kind. Great kid bed. Seemed like it's usually a solid hotel. The hotel lost electricity when we were there. Elevators stopped working with someone in them, and all guest passports had to be rechecked. They were overwhelmed with passports and had them lined up on the front desk. Did not seem secure. Also, I'd rather pay less than eat their breakfast. There is a great cafe across the street, and the hotel's offerings were mediocre.

The hotel is old and completely worn out. It need refurbishment and should not be used until this has taken place. Location is OK, breakfast was bad, no parking available.

Our stay was perfect. Realy nothing to complain. The service was great, the room had everything it needed and Celle Ligure is just a blast. We loved it 😊

Ótimo atendimento, perto da praia, supermercado e restaurantes.

L'hotel é in una ottima posizione, a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia. Le stanze sono spaziose e confortevoli. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualitá/prezzo.

Comodo albergo a pochi passi dal mare. Personale professionale, gentile e cordiale.

Di questo hotel salverei soltanto la posizione , vicina al centro e alla spiaggia. Per quanto riguarda tutto il resto, la struttura è vecchia, il bagno troppo piccolo (il lavandino era intasato), la colazione scarsa (non erano disponibili neppure dei tovaglioli in aggiunta a quelli già in tavola). La spiaggia convenzionata con l’hotel è scontata soltanto di 2 euro giornalieri...segnalo, inoltre, il parcheggio privato, che costa 15 euro al giorno, il doppio di quanto costa il parcheggio cittadino (7 euro al giorno), ed è poco agevole. Inoltre, nella nostra stanza, una colonna proprio a fianco a un lato del letto impediva di coricarsi e di alzarsi agevolmente. Insomma, l’hotel è un 3 stelle, ma gliene attribuirei appena 2. Scarso rapporto qualità-prezzo: le aspettative sulla base del costo,vengono prontamente disilluse fin dall’arrivo.

Just for one night (but cannot stay there more than one). Very old style hotel and very expensive: no way to justify the cost consider the level of the hotel. Disappointing about the person at the reception. Breakfast very very basic and low quality. I cannot say to anyone to go there unfortunately...

Buona struttura, con buon rapporto qualità prezzo, camere pulite e confortevoli, struttura un po' datata ma ben tenuta. Colazione un po' povera, con poca scelta e poco personale.
