We chose this hotel because it was convenient for our trip and it was near the location we needed to attend during our visit. They should improve their buffet variety and add more fruits & vegetables to it.

We stayed for one night. Check in was all fine and smooth. When we got to our room, the door was open so we went in and the room was “ready” but the bathroom had towels and that was it. The tub had black feet marks all over, the toilet had stains on the lid etc. After calling the front desk she said she would call the manager and call me back in 5 minutes. That didn’t happen. We walked by reception as we were going to get dinner and I told her I was coming back soon (thinking she was still figuring something out). When we came back I asked what they had decided, she had no clue what I was talking about, then checks my room number and says she can’t change us to another room because we booked through Expedia and housekeep was done for the day. After some talking she finally does call her manager that told her what to do to change our rooms? And gave us a new room. This one did have the tub clean but the floor wasn’t but at this point we just wanted to take a shower and go to bad after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was ok, not many options but enough to not start the day hunting food in this city’s crazy traffic.

I loved the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the location and the appearance of the property. It seemed to be a safe area, as well. BEWARE off weekends when the youth sports teams take over! I did not like that it was packed with kids' teams for two separate tournaments. They took over the lobby, leaving nowhere for guests not involved in the sports event to gather, sit, enjoy a conversation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Too much air freshener spray in the common areas. Pool and hot tub were clean with plenty of fresh towels. The convenience market was tiny, but offered incidentals like food, o-t-c meds and laundry detergent.

Great stay! This hotel is much better than other comparably priced options in the area. Much cleaner than some others close by. Hot tub was nice. Probably 14 min drive to YYZ

Property needs updates, there were no lockers in the rooms. Bathroom fans weren’t working. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool, and the pool was, unfortunately, awful. The water was so cloudy and green, to the point that you could not even see the bottom of the pool. The water level was not high enough to reach the filters, so they were just gurgling air. We approached staff regarding the condition of the water, and we're told that it was fully cleaned and treated yesterday and should be fine to swim in. We then told them we wouldn't take that chance, and they closed the pool for maintenance for the rest of the day and the next morning until past our check out time.

Staff was accommodating, but the only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and both were closed on our full day there. Thank you.

Staff was amazing very friendly and kind. When I booked I asked if they had sports team over the course of the weekend I was told no. There was Actually multiple sports teams. The pool and hot tub area was very busy with kids till past 10pm screaming( not the hotels fault) Room could have had the walls washed in the bathroom. A/c unit was having a hard time keeping room cool. Fridge was warm inside. ( informed front desk) Bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night time. Breakfast was very good. Lots of food being restocked and very clean. Waffle maker was great. Was able to door dash to the hotel, front desk called up when it arrived. Very close to the airport and international center. I would go back. This hotel is in an industrial area be side a trampoline park.

We loved the water slide in the pool area. It was also nice that we could use the lobby breakfast area to have dinner with our cheer team
