When we arrived, the fridge light was burnt out. There was no toaster in the kitchen, the outlet in the bathroom sparked and completely fried my very expensive blow dryer. There were no sheets on the pull out bed, the coffee maker was broken. We were constantly having to call front desk. For $560 a night, we expected far better!! When i called to let front desk know that the outlet blew, they didn't offer to replace my personal blow dryer that was ruined. Disappointing for sure.

Amazing hotel room with tons of space. Grown up pool was perfect, wine tasting on site, great restaurant. Room for improvement was the spa- small and dark with undertrained staff and the lakeside club was a run down dive bar. Would go again for sure but skip the spa and the lake.

I loved the look of the hotel and its grounds and surroundings. We had a one bedroom villa and we love it except it was too hot to sit outside and enjoy the view. Not a hotel problem but a patio umbrella would have helped. None of the suites had umbrellas.

The resort is amazing, clean, relaxing. It was my first time but definitely not the last. The restaurants were good. The vineyard is in the resort so you can do wine tasting without having to take the car.

My only negative is when there is a function on the roof of the desert suites building it is very noisy on the third floor. A very special thank you to Vishwojyoti for going the extra mile to make our stay even better. The staff were all great and attentive. Mellanie at the front desk also very nice.

Pictures showed the front villas not the ones off parking lot and there was a stagers that were beer ponging and loud until 3 in morning … beautiful property but my experience could have been better

What I didn’t like was the confusion around the billing ? The Expedia App showed the second payment that was due on arrival but they charged over $300 more ( altho when I complained they did revise that after we left) However they also put $100 per room on my credit card on arrival ( for miscellaneous? altho there is no mini-bar so other than eating a bar of soap ….?) we arrived June 2, left June 4 and as of today , June 7 that $200 is still on my credit card ! Honestly, apart from the billing issues the rooms were fine and the restaurant staff are FANTASTIC ( Oscar and the great guy at breakfast !)

Had a great stay at the property. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved my patio with a view of the lake. The only reason it got four stars is because we were on the 2nd floor of building A and we could hear the people a floor above us, making noise at all hours of the day. Which is not the hotels fault but did affect our sleep.

Here’s a shortened version suitable for an Expedia review (which has a 1500-character limit): ⸻ Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Price or the Hassle We booked and prepaid for a 2-bedroom lake-view villa for a special 40th birthday getaway, and it was a disaster from start to finish. They gave away our room and expected us to change rooms every night. Instead of the villa, we were put in a dark condo under a parking garage beside the elevator. We didn’t get the room we paid for until 4pm on our last night—right before packing up to leave. We had to repack daily, and were promised our luggage would be moved while we were out, which never happened. Every day our room keys were deactivated, and we spent far too much time re-explaining everything to new front desk staff. There was zero communication between shifts and no consistency. We also missed two dinner reservations due to the chaos—one because our room wasn’t ready until after 7pm, and another after returning from a wine tour only to find our keys didn’t work and nothing had been moved. Every time we were at the front desk (which was way too often), there were other angry guests dealing with similar issues. We heard multiple complaints unprovoked—it’s clearly a pattern. The hotel director was kind but new and overwhelmed. Overall, the service was shockingly poor for a resort at this price point. Avoid if you’re looking for a stress-free vacation.
