Teresa Heisey at the front desk is an amazing representative for La Quinta and for Wyndham as a whole. Very efficient, courteous and helpful. Went the extra mile to answer my questions!

Below standard for La Quinta Inns. No WIFI. Breakfast room.has redtricted suttingbfir tge guests. Breakfast cooking is was below mark, ie scrambled egg was more of blocks , sausages were too greasy.

Carpets dirty, cigarette burns on bathtub, desk clerk nice and helpful

Room was left open with security lock in the door jam, there was a damp washcloth covering the smoke alarm, there was a personal note on the scratch paper that said “F*** I love you!” and there was some garbage left on the floor.

The lack of internet really upset me. I couldn’t do any work. Had I known that we wouldn’t have WiFi, we would’ve gone elsewhere. I chose here for convenience and it stated free WiFi. Huge let down. I should’ve asked for a discount!!!!

The hotel need deep cleaning. Room was dusty, damage furniture and I wasn't able to shower because there was a roach in the tube.

The property was in ok condition, but wasn't great. The jacuzzi was broken, and we really needed it after driving alm day.

Stayed overnight in Roswell on our way home, I did read through the reviews and was rather sceptical but decided to give it a shot anyway. The property is pet friendly and it absolutely shows. Lots of dog hair on the luggage carts and carpets. The carpets were not really clean to the eye, you can tell the vacuum is just not working well enough. Light in our bathroom flickered a lot, one lamp was missing a lightbulb, and the floors in the room tile and carpet just didn't seem really clean. The furniture looks like a few pets have chewed quite a bit of the furniture. I've stayed at worse but you can just tell it all needs to be updated. The pool floor is struggling and needs to be redone and the water has A LOT of chlorine in it. My son got a chemical burn on his nose from it and we did not get back in after that. The breakfast was good, usual eggs,sausage,toast,bagels,muffins,cereal,waffles,fruit,yogurt, coffee and tea. The AC didn't really do much at night it just felt humid like the air was thick and had that wet clothes smell throughout the hotel. The lady at the front desk was friendly and when my daughter had an accident the overnight worker up front was helpful in getting me a bag for an ice pack for her so for that I'm very thankful. Overall it's not the worst but it does need a renovation soon. Big plus is I did not see any bugs anywhere and the sheets and towels were very clean.

There were a few tiny bugs on the bathroom floor.

The only thing I can say, is for the property to have 2 more washers and dryers

Day guy was rude, there was no basket for coffee filter and no WiFi at all

Our room was dirty the pillow case had something on it.

While the hotel is nice the surrounding area is less so

The room needed maintenance. The drain plug in the sink didn’t work. Missing paint in some areas of the bathroom. WiFi was out of commission. Small room for the price.

Great place very clean and friendly staff

Nice lady in checkout. Other than that, the property is in disrepair and dirty. Carpets had huge stains. Dirt everywhere. Pool was nasty. Not up to par for what we expected from La Quinta. Oh and my daughter saw a roach in the shower but didn’t tell me until after we left because I would’ve freaked out.

We had to move from the room bc it was so dirty. It smelled so bad. The other room was not to bad. It still had a smell and we bought a plug in. To bit the smell.

This place is filthy. It’s unsafe. The building is really old. Looks like they tried to convert a motel six the food is horrible. There was an inch of water underneath the eggs. The pool was filthy. The light for the hot tub was hanging out of it socket. the paint was peeling off the walls in the ceiling One other guest had to move to another room because it stank of mold and mildew. I cannot believe that La Quinta will put their name on this and for all of this we had to pay $160 for two adults and a child ridiculous

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Sheet were very dirty as if they weren’t changed just remade. Dog hairs were all over bed the sheets were visibly stained and the entire room was dusty. I had to grab a disinfectant spray from the house keeping cart to spray and wipe down the counters, table and door handles. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were well below expectations.
