Location is excellent. Very close the metro. Staff members are very friendly and deal with issues immediately. They tried their best to resolve issues. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is great and at reasonable price. Shopping malls are right cross the street. Highly recommend to stay.

I’ve spacious room and is very clean, done by Ana housekeeper she was so nice give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to her and receptionist is okay but need to improve more the service, hotel is walking distance to city so convenient area

Fine enough hotel. Good value for the price. Not hi end but pleasant enough.

Overall a good stay. The shower was a little difficult to get in and out of. A good place for the price.

This hotel served me very well. It is close to the metro and many buses, and has easy access to almost anywhere in the city (including direct lines to train and airport). The breakfast was ample and varied. It was a bit problematic in terms of doing work in the room--there were only two outlets that were available for connecting devices; and there was no chair at the desk.

The staff there were nice and welcoming, the hotel is very close to shopping mall and subway station, its a beautiful neighborhood. However, the facility within the hotel appears to be quite old. It was bit noisy when I tried to sleep at night, because I could hear the traffic on the street very clearly even after I closed my windows

It’s quite far from downtown Lisbon but easily accessible by transportation.

Checked out a day early! The solid glass shower door was falling off the hinges, scraping the floor, I had notified front desk 2 days earlier with no results. They have a no refund policy so I lost that night fee.

Big room, big shower/bathroom too. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and polite. No complaints. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the metro line that goes to the airport. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms but iron and teamaking facilities would be helfpful. Tasty breakfast but could have more vegetarian/vegan options. Close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Safe area which was important as holidaying with famiy.

The hotel was in a good area for all transport, including metro direct to airport. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. 1 small bottle of water provided per day. No tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was erratic. Bedside table was missing and a second chair would have been useful. TV was very quiet and not possible to increase volume so very difficult to hear above the air conditioning which could not be turned off. Did not try breakfast but plenty of other options nearby. Useful luggage storage facility.

Location, transport facility, service, a great location

Friendly staff, clean, safe, good area, shopping near by, taxi quick arrived to get into city center, few nice wine bars around the corner, breakfast fresh and rich - too loud of a street, partially entire night loud loading trucks, bed were too firm ....

Too Small and too frail toilet paper Still using those plastic Curtains in the shower, that falls straight down, without an enlarged circumference – that avoids that the plastic curtains glue on your skin, while bathing

The location is very good... what I didn't like... to have 5 steps up to take the lift !

It was great 😊 the staffs were very friendly helpful good connection great location for the transport overall good 😊
