Very nice small hotel in a perfect location to enjoy Madrid. Wonderful staff. City view if you can get exterior room. Some rooms have been updated, others not, so ask. Minimal space in bathroom, depending on room.

The hotel is too old and ugly for the price and location. It dis not have air conditioning and room was too small and dark . Not recommended for the área .

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom could have used a little more lighting, but overall everything was great.

Centrally located Room was clean

This property needs a renovation many years ago, although they apparently started some and told me that after easter will do complete renovations. Other situation is air conditioning not in existance. Due to the season, the room is enclosed and the air is hot, especially in the afternoons as the sun heats it up.

Location is not far , perfect to walk to plaza Madrid and you have a corte inglés 5 mns walk.

The room was wonderful but the staff was the best part! They were amazing and gave my daughter a complementary mini champagne bottle with chocolates and candies for her birthday!! Definitely recommend this place 💯!

The service is decent for the price, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. However, the property is in poor condition and needs a major renovation. Also, avoid the breakfast; it’s not worth the money. The quality is terrible, and since you’re in an amazing neighborhood, you’re surrounded by great food places. It’s better to venture out and find a better place to eat.

I really like the location of this hotel. It is very convenient and located in a nice area. The Staff is great and the room quite comfortable. It was so great that I extended my stay.

There are a number of oddly negative reviews about this place. THEY ARE TOTALLY WRONG. Sure, the room had very minor blemishes (of no consequence). But the location has terrific taxi access, is in a very safe clean neighborhood with upscale shops, an indoor mall, VIPS (Mexican/Spanish Denny’s), Starbucks, and a cafe. The hotel breakfast (which you do pay for but it’s not expensive) is awesome. The staff is great. And if you have a family, the quad rooms allow each child to have their own bed, a huge benefit at this price point. This is a great hotel. I would happily stay at their other locations, trust.
