No transportation option, no iron available, staff is rude. Rooms are very small. Do not book rooms for more then 2 folks they will give you bunk beds and rooms becomes very tiny.

Delicious dinner at the restaurant at the hotel! And the breakfast had so many choices - excellent!

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. Good breakfast and a comfy bed. Good size bathroom with a good shower. Easy walk to funicular and town and train station.

We stayed in a basic room for 4 nights. The rooms itself was probably the smallest we've ever stayed in and was very simple (no kettle, bedside table etc). However, it was in a really nice location, within walking distance (15 mins) from the hubbub, but in a quiet location and was really clean. We usually use earplugs when away but we didn't need to here! Amazing! Check-in/out was super speedy and the pool was a delight after a long day of sightseeing. There was always a parking spot for us and we reached Florence/Pisa in around 40 mins. It's a great base for exploring.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location to walk to town, the nearby park and historic spa. There is a convenient place to park your car. Our room seemed spacious for Italy.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was nice and facilities weee good. Our room was at the end of the corridor- about as far away from the lift as you could get but we heard the lift bing constantly, through the night, in the early hour and of the morning. It was very annoying to say the least. The shower cubicle could have done with a good scrub, particularly round the top. Otherwise we had a good stay at this hotel.

Our family stayed here accompanying our son at a soccer tournament. We enjoyed our meals here, and the buffet breakfasts were good. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm and clean, but felt rather cramped and a bit dated. Overall a good experience, thank you.

We spent 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views of our room were breathtaking. The staff incredibly polite and helpful. We had to leave quite early and they made sure to prepare an early breakfast for us. The food was quite nice. The pool was clean. The hotel is not super fancy or modern but it really is a nice place to stay.

Stayed seven nights and enjoyed every day - had a family room booked with one double and 2 single beds but got 2 doubles. Receptionist helpful and sorted out next day and moved all our stuff for us as well. Could not ask for more... Swimming pool good and breakfast also good although it shuts promptly at 10am

This hotel was ok but definitely not a four star. It would have been twenty years ago but definitely needs an upgrade as everything is a bit worn. Air conditioning in room was useless so far too hot. Breakfast was ok but not much choice. A nice pool outside to relax in. There were definitely better hotels in the area but I can't really complain for the price I paid, it was very cheap compared to others.

NIce hotel with a swimmingpool and breakfast outside. Friendly personel with good knowledge of English. I recommend it cause it's priceworthy.

we stayed in montecatini for 7 days 2 of which was in this hotel. the hotel was clean and the food was excellent the staff spoke good english the only downside is the road outside the hotel is very busy all day and night so if you want peace and quiet you won't get it here,i would recommend going to montecatini alto on the funicular railway in the evening for the sunset but don't eat at bar giusti not very good service

Selve hotellet er dejligt og fantastisk indrettet, indtjekningen er meget proffesionel og hurtig. Personalet meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Værelset var tilgengæld ikke så godt, airconditionen kunne ikke køle rummet ned, gulvet var løst, værelset var i almindelighed lidt slidt. Restaurenten var rigtig god og tjenerene søde og flinke,
