The room was okay but most of the staff was friendly.

Very disappointed from my decision. Nice exterior and typical breakfast. The rooms need restoration and the dinner smells bad (avoid half board). Overall both hotel and Naxos are overpriced.

Over priced!! Definitely not a 4 star hotel like they advertise! The beds don’t have proper sheets. The beds only have a top sheet that covers the mattress. No fitted sheet! The bathrooms are old and need replacing. Found lots a moths in the shower every day (gross). The rooms never felt clean. The pictures online are definitely a little deceiving. The only good thing is the outdoor space. The stuff we’re polite.

Although the property is a little tired we were made to feel very welcome and well-looked after

Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were wonderful, pool is lovely, location is out of Naxos town but the bus stop is outside the front door and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend hotel!!

The outside of the hotel and garden/pool area looks nice but the room was old and in need of a renovation.

I have been fortunate to stay at this hotel several time and have always been treated amazingly by all the staff they are always happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are beautiful with spacious bathrooms. The pool area is very relaxing with a nice pool bar with a very extensive range of cocktails which are lovely I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. However we were disappointed with our room. The floor was dirty with dust and food crumbs when we checked in and looked smaller than advertised. However we got used to it and it was much cleaner within a day or two. The children loved the bunk beds- which are a good use of space. The mattresses were old and hard. The bedding and towels were fine. The only other concern we had was the children's pool which was dirty. There was lots of sand and other debris on the bottom and there was a lot of hair and dead flies floating round in the pool. It looked like other guests had noticed the same and so the pool was not used by other guests either. Overall the hotel is nice but perhaps a little more maintenance and some upgrades to mattresses etc and this could be so much better.

hotel definitely not 4 starts, rooms appearance very cheap, bathroom was not clean satisfactory, and what they offer its just bed and breakfast. no entertainment at all the is a small bar by the pool with music and thats it. nothing for the night or day no shows no games absolutely nothing. by that i mean if i wanted just a room to sleep i can get an apartment and not a 4 star hotel.

Dirty rooms, no bus transfer free water (standard practice in Greek islands), useless advice, not friendly, not accommodating. They turned our air con off. Wifi didn't work. Safe didn't work. We left with bites...wondering about the quality of the mattresses.

Nice rooms, clean swimming pool. Yiannis at the front desk, Marco and Angela at the bar were very friendly and helpful. The only minus was that due to our late arrival on 2350, the driver of the hotel transfer bus (who is a relative of the owner) refused to transfer us from the port to the hotel although we sent an email to the hotel 24hours before.

This hotel is reasonably close to the beach (still a short bus ride), but quite far from anything else. The property itself is beautiful, spanning lush gardens and a nice sprawling pool. The rooms are a different story. The A/C hardly worked (as it was over 30 degrees it was very uncomfortable), the wifi does not work in the room, the beds are uncomfortable and the room is generally 'worn out'. It may be cheaper than the other 4 stars in Naxos, but that is because it should not be listed as a 4 star. I would only stay here if the rate was super cheap. The breakfast was nice however, not fantastic, but nice. I switched for the second night to the Porto Naxos and it was a much better hotel.
