Great service, breakfast and clean room

The room was clean, they only thing is that they couldn’t accommodate me for a room on the first floor, I forgot to mention when I booked that I would have my 88 year old mom with me and stairs are very difficult for her.

Room had some damaged walls I felt necessary to take pics so I didn’t get blamed for. The included breakfast was mediocre, either not cooked enough or overcooked and like warm, other amenities were OK Overall property was clean and fresh!! Staff welcoming and courteous.

Staff was very warm and welcoming and they processed my check in quickly. The room was clean and tidy and there’s lots of parking. I won’t have breakfast until tomorrow. Great choice of hotel for a stay in North Bay. Never lets me down.
