Happy to find this hotel at a reasonable rate. The receptionist people (evening and morning) were very pleasant and responsive. The fellow in the evening spoke Spanish as a second language so that was our language of communication. The woman in the morning made me comfortable with my French, which I appreciated. They both knew enough English if that would be your only language. The room was modest, but very clean with a spotless bathroom. The beds were oddly saggy (I think because of an inadequate or nonexistent box spring), but firm and we slept well. Very quiet place, perfect for sleeping. The morning coffee was good, but we are not fans of the typical French (and Spanish/Andorra) breakfast buffet so we skipped it.

Very good quality/price hotel. We slept very well and the room had everything we need. It was great to have a small terrace and access to the garden for our dog. And having a free parking was great.

Standard tourist hotel. It is the staff that made our stay excellent - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and locally produced jams. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the castle and about 2.5 km from the city centre. For those with electric vehicles, there is a fast public EV charger less than 1 km from the hotel on an adjacent BMW forecourt. Would certainly recommend this hotel for friends and family looking for a stay in Carcassonne.

A great hotel for a short stay to visit Carcassonne (france) It is a 3star hotel with 5 star Manager and staff evening meals were good Its only drawback is its light industrial location. But would definitely recommend for1/2 days.

Well this is more like a 'motel' than a hotel. Something akin to an American movie hotel. The bedroom was somewhat basic and the bathroom even more so, both in urgent need of an update. Aside from the cockroach in the reception area at the start of the stay no other insects were seen. Be prepared at breakfast to be zealously watched over by a member of staff which is somewhat off putting when all you want a quiet meal first thing in the morning. Otherwise if you are a good walker you can walk to the the medieval castle walls within 40 minutes. Other than fast food outlets there are no 'real' restaurants nearby to eat at in the evening. 50/50 rating for the staff, seems they ether are in customer service mode when they feel like it or simply unhelpfully. Pleasant when in full swing, brisk when not. Best of luck....
