Large and comfortable room. Nice bed! Water and coffee/team. It's unfortunate that I had accessibe room but still it was comfi. Breakfast was very good and tasty.. pool bar and saloon bar were decent with varied selection.. Staff is great!

Me ha gustado mucho el hotel, cerca de las playas y del parque de las dunas, con un pequeño centro comercial en las inmediaciones y cerca de la estación de autobuses. Por otro lado, está algo alejado del barullo turístico de Corralejo (aunque se puede ir al centro perfectamente a pie, por si hay que acudir a un banco o a un restaurante especial). Personal muy atento, instalaciones limpias, espectáculos todas las noches, cenas temáticas (con un chupito previo de una bebida del país de esa noche).

Os quartos são espaçosos e a equipe gentil, porém o hotel precisa está precisando de reforma, especialmente o restaurante e a academia. Também não gostamos muito da comida, especialmente a oferecida no jantar.

Spotless rooms staff were excellent and very welcoming

A few issues with our room on 1st day (1) could not open the door lock; (2) no channels on TV; (3) handwash in bathroom & shower hard to use; (4) unfamiliar with shower operation. All were attended to immediately apart from door lock: 1st day different staff members turned the lock open with apparent ease (making us feel inadequate); 2nd day 'handyman' squirted WD40 into the lock (not solved); day 3 handyman arrived with a set of locks, one of which worked smoothly for the remaining time. This was a minor annoyance: we loved the room, the whole hotel and the friendly staff

The rooms were good and spacious the pool was great and no problems getting sun beds The pool bar let the pool area down it didnt have food apart from the odd sandwich which was sat out on the side in the heat as the hotel is situated away from shops it meant you had to leave if you wanted to eat during the day For an adults only hotel the breakfast finishes far too early 10 am but it was actually 9.50 and taken away by 10am The staff were friendly and helpful just the issues ive raised let the hotel down

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious, nice pool area. Could do with more cups and plates in the restaurant and a gym makeover.

Everything at the hotel was spotless. The staff were super friendly. We loved our pool view room. The hotel is about a 30 minute stroll from the business of Corralejo which suited us fine.

The room was lovely and spacious, lots of storage. Food was as expected for a 4 star, there were theme nights which were a nice change. The whole resort was quite clean and the staff were very friendly.

My husband and I (54 & 50 yrs) stayed in Arena Suites 24th April to 1st May all inclusive. The Hotel was 100 % spotless(no cockroaches,Ants,flys etc),the Atmosphere was quiet n peaceful,no rif raf or rude people ,very safe
