The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the bed comfort and the walk in shower. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Great hotel!

Although we live in Brockville, we had a house full of family so we decided to spend the night at The Spark, two minutes away from our home. The check in was easy and quick. The room was nice. The vinyl flooring was a bit chilly on the feet, but other than that everything was great. Check out was very quick and Kurtis was very friendly.

Small room but adequate for a short stay. Clean, good water pressure and pleasant receptionist on arrival.

The room is very clean & staff were very pleasant & professional.

Front desk staff were friendly. Simple but cute and cozy room. Very well cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was huge ! I was on the main floor close to the breakfast room and lobby yet still it was surprisingly quiet. There were various options for the breakfast bagels, muffins, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages etc . I was surprised with the overall quality given the reasonable price for the room.

This is not a Hilton standard hotel. Filthy bathroom. Unpainted walls with clear damage. Hockey kids screaming and running in the hallways into the night. Just an absolutely horrible stay. If you are looking for a Hilton standard this is absolutely not it.

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the shower hot and it was quiet so easy to sleep.
