- skid marks left in the toilet from the past occupant - tub that doesn’t drain - AC that wouldn’t come on - Toilet that ran all night - the employees were very pleasant though

Very clean and comfortable. Parking was quite a distance from front door. Outdoor lighting could have been better. Everything else very good

Staff not trained properly

I booked 2 king rooms. The hotel was not full. One of the rooms given to me was a handicapped room. Absolutely not what I wanted but we were all very tired after driving for 9 hours. The front desk couldn’t accept credit cards due to some technical issue. I didn’t want to cause a scene but definitely disappointed- especially if a handicapped individual came and needed this room. Very poor attention to details.

It is away from the crowds in downtown Gettysburg. We really enjoyed the diner next door for breakfast.

To Whom it May Concern, My husband and I were Very disappointed with this hotel. We always stay at Marriott hotels. It’s the one hotel I am guaranteed a comfortable firm mattress. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case after many years of a satisfied stay. I had to either sleep in the very center of the mattress or lie across the bottom of the bed. I am only 100 lbs and I was sinking into the mattress. Thank goodness there was a pullout couch for my husband to sleep on. The room was also the smallest room I have ever had in a Marriott. The shower had the cheapest plastic shower curtain that felt terrible when it occasionally touched my skin. I am disabled and it would have been too much for my husband to move all my required medical equipment and comforts from home to another room. If we had booked through Marriott rather than Expedia they would have remedied the situation. In the future I will always book directly through Marriott. If there is any way you can offer us a refund or points “credit” for this uncomfortable experience we would greatly appreciate your assistance. Sincerely,

Room lighting was poor

Housekeeping does an amazing job! The fact and the rooms were great!

Room had some issues. Curtains had a large rip, random blob of yellow stuff in the bathroom, and the tv remote buttons had a heafty delay after pushing which made navigation annoying.

Great place to stay, very clean and the staff was very friendly.

There is no hot tub. There is a good diner across the street. Lobby was nicely decorated. Check in a bit slow, not enough staff on a Friday. Overall good value and location, but disappointed there was no hot tub.

I will definitely come back. The staff were very nice.our room was very clean and quiet. I brought my dog and she felt at home. If you are going to liberty mountain resort try this hotel for your stay.

Most comfortable beds with actual blankets that we've stayed in in awhile. Room was set up odd..... sideways. But all in all clean and comfy room. Great hot shower and water pressure. Only complaint was tv. It was slow to work and small, at an odd angle to watch from bed.
