Great hotel overall—clean, modern, and very well situated in Parque de la 93 with lots of restaurants, cafes, and things to do nearby. The on-site restaurant is excellent. However, one major downside: no A/C. It’s surprising that it isn’t advertised, and Bogotá is no longer as cool as it used to be—A/C is a must for international travelers. Other than that, everything was great and I’d recommend it if you don’t mind the lack of air conditioning.

The personnel is very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are more spacious than average. The breakfast offerings are very varied and good quality.

Un buen hotel. Buena ubicación y seguridad. Como punto de mejora al momento de limpiar las habitaciones el personal debe asegurarse no falte papel higienico entre otros artículos similares. No esperar que el huesped tenga que solicitarlos y mejorar la limpieza de los pisos, al igual que cambiar las sabanas al momento de la limpieza.

The towels are so old, that they disintegrate upon use. The room service service, is very poor

Great hotel in an excellent location. Compared to other hotels in the area tho it was a little small and disorganized. This mattered more because we had a small child with us on our stay.

Great property right next to part 93 very laid-back

I’ve stayed at NH Royal Pavillon for a couple of weeks each year over the past four years, and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is comfortable, visually appealing, and exceptionally well-located—just steps from Parque de la 93, a safe area with plenty of restaurants. Their staff, security team, front desk staff, and housekeeping are all professional, friendly, and attentive. Not a luxury hotel, but if you’re looking for a reliable, decent run hotel in Bogotá, this is an excellent choice. The only thing I would NOT recommend is adding their breakfast to your reservation! It is very basic and the same thing every day. Other than that I look forward to returning again next year!

Nice Hotel. Good location

Had a solid stay here minus the fact that the room didn’t have any AC and the beds were concaved in the middle making it a rougher slanted sleep
