This was our 2nd time to stay here, we loved staying here. 2nd time our WiFi was not working on the tv but no issues. Nice quiet beautiful hotel in el centro de Guadalajara.

Super kind and welcoming staff, they organized our entire trip. Their transportation was more convenient and cheaper than uber. The only downside of this place is that they don’t have the comfiest pillows or beds.

El Staff muy atento. Mi esposo fue por mi al aeropuerto y el ya estaba hospedado en este hotel. Cuando íbamos al hotel el me dijo que tendría que pensaba molestar al del Valet Parking pero cuando llegamos el Sr nos estaba esperando y listo para bajar mi equipaje y llevarlo a la habitación. El cuarto era un sueño en su decoración, muebles, etc pero súper cómo y moderno con las amenidades. Me encantó y me súper arrepentí de no meterme a las 4am al jacuzzi porque también se veía súper amplio, limpio y antojable. Muy bonito todo y el personal en general muy amable. 100% recomendable. Además está en el centro y cerca de todo y con mucha historia. Las iglesias y capillas son una maravilla arquitectónica que se tiene que disfrutar a la mirada. Guadalajara tiene mucho que ofrecer y vi las calles muy limpias. Excelente selección.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. They staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. We were traveling with 2 infants and they provided 2 cribs and a small refrigerator for their food. When cleaning the room they provided extra waters and towels without asking. The pool was heated. Overall a positive experience and highly recommend for other travelers

Our stay at the Hotel Morales was amazing. The room was clean and the amenities very useful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was just what we were looking for in downtown Guadalajara with easy access to the sites and to great restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guadalajara wanting a bit of historic charm and convenience.

Beautiful hotel near everything! The nicest colonial era hotel I've ever stayed at. It's not luxurious, nor modern, nor overwhelming. It's simplicity, cleanliness, and authenticity all in three glorious areas. The Lobby, the Rooms and the peaceful indoor Patios all make this hotel unforgettable. Great service and plenty of helpful staff with a bar and restaurant on site make it very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and coffees shops nearby. The main historic centro is a short walk away, as well as the public transportation (Train and Buses a block away). The only drawback was the stipulation that you couldn't consume on the public areas any beverage or food products that weren't bought at the hotel. So, you couldn't buy a bottle of wine at the oxxo and sip it at the game room, or at the gorgeous patios. I understand, but not a friendly rule. I would stay here again.
