Awsome room good price

Room was freezing heat didn’t work. Was offered blankets. It was -20 outside. Then offered a comp stay then rejected and told $30 off

Love staying here! The front desk staff are always so amazing to deal with and accommodating! Rooms are clean, love that they have a decent size doggie area in the back of the building.

We just like staying at the Comfort Inn. It's easy to get to and the staff is excellent

An older hotel but well looked after. Spacious room.

It's a decent hotel, the breakfast is good. Our room was freezing cold and it took until midnight to warm it up and we must have had an older room, the water pressure wasn't great and the shower head didn't work well.

Clean Room

Everything was as planned

This place is poorly built. I visit hotels everywhere in Alberta and use Expedia. I know hotels.No carpet- laminate flooring. This place is built like a 1971 park model trailer. I could hear people walking, stomping, talking above my room, thru the walls, and below. Ridiculous. I am also a single guy- staying alone. I checked in alone and was placed on the 2nd floor with children’s hockey teams. It’s not rocket science to place a single tenant away from obviously loud neighbours. This room cost me close to $200 and I would have been better off in a rat infested hotel somewhere else in red deer.

Overall good rooms, and spaces well kept. Duvets did have some staining on them which we asked to change and they happily did.

Everything was good. Clean room and a nice breakfast stood out for sure.

Our room was great, very spacious as well as clean and comfortable. This is a very nice hotel, would definitely stay here again

Friendly staff and really clean

No breakfast wasn’t good, very limited food

Cleanliness was great. The staff were outstanding. Checked on us via cellphone when we were expectantly late to ensure we were okay and still coming! Night clerk was so helpful and understanding when we finally showed up. Kudos to the whole staff.

Staff were super nice and very helpful. Pool and slide were awesome! Kids loved it! Will for sure be coming back!
