Nice pleasant stay with great breakfast selection

Awesome place, onsite parking, nice rooms, beds are firm, easy wifi, short walk from nearby shops. Happily stay here again.

Had good breakfast menu n the breakfast area was up kept. The room was run down and there was no coffee maker in the room. No luggage rack. The room furnishings were also run down. Overall not good , just that we could have got way better 4 star hotel for the price we paid at this hotel . There are way better hotels around averio with better price , location n service

Clean and spacious room. Easy free parking. Top notch restaurant for dinner and impressive buffet for breakfast. Swimming pool, gym etc… Highly recommended.

Excellente hotel 4 * a prix tres économique 2 piscines, spa, sauna , stationnement souterrain une place de recharge pour Tesla seulement. Je le recommande. Très bon déjeuner et bon restaurant sur place.

Very luxury, good break

Pleasant stay but checkout clerk charged in dollars, pressing button on machine while I reached to press to pay in euros at lower cool. Felt like a rip off scam.

This is a great hotel to stay. The breakfast was amazing, the pool and bedrooms were really nice. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We will definitely come back here.

This place was amazing. I needed more days to stay and enjoy everything it has to offer. Starting withbthe breakfast buffet, DO NOT MISS IT. The food was great and amazing variety. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the hotel for everything it has to offer.

Beautiful.

Accommodating, friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Clean and good location for our needs. Construction going on during stay, however, wasn’t disruptive at night. Our jetted bathtub did not work and one day we did not have hot water. Otherwise, happy with stay.

Excellent service provided. Easy parking and huge choice at breakfast. Will definitely return. Only issue was looking onto building work from the window, but that’s hopefully going to be a temporary issue.

It's a nice hotel in a residential area that's easy to get to. The area has limited dining options, but the hotel offers a buffet. The room was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was beyond our expectations. It was spacious and beautiful. Staff was exceptional.

There is nothing special about this hotel. Staff could be more friendly, considering it's a small city and 4 star hotel ranking. The buffet supper and breakfast, the food was good, however the staff was working like robot, not smiling or acknowledging clients, or making eye contacts. A bit weird for a 4 star hotel.

If you don’t ask otherwise, your room will be cleaned every day and your towels and bed linens changed daily too. The hotel is a few steps away from Ilhavo’s main avenue in the city center where you’ll find a park, cafes, restaurants, and stores.

The hotel staff were friendly and obliging. The place was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I’d stay here again.
