Nice 👍 hotel 🏨 a little bit out of the center of town, though offers free 🆓 parking 🅿️, a decent twenty - four hour gym 💪 and a free shuttle to take you back - and - forth into/out of town. Good 😊 breakfast 🍳 with decent room sizes, and a nice 👍 pool 🏊‍♀️ .

Great experience! The shuttle into downtown and the track was so convenient! Staff was very helpful and kind. Pool was nice too!

The Staff working the front Desk have no idea what they are doing! Dont let them have your credit card number! Look somewhere else! Worst credit card experience i have ever had!

I really like this property. It was well maintained and clean. The lobby and the eating area was nicely positioned to the hotel rooms. The breakfast was very nice and enjoyable. Robin took great pride in keeping the breakfast food stocked and the area clean. The location of the hotel is perfect to downtown Saratoga Springs, the race track as well as the state park. The hotel also had a shuttle that was convenient to go back and forth to town, the race track and the casino. The staff was very friendly. The ice machine was centrally located and always working! My only fret was that the beds were too soft. I would stay here again!

Had a really nice stay. Came up for a concert at SPAC. Hotel was right outside the park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was not too bad, although the wifi speed was lacking, and so I got lag when playing an online game. Also, the mattress quality seemed to be below average, neither sufficiently firm nor sufficiently comfy. We didn't sleep well. It wasn't bad although I will probably try another hotel next time. 7/10.

Needs better bathroom lighting.

Nice & clean property but the cleaning staff was horrible. 3pm Check in took three hours because the rooms were not ready, not a great way to start our weekend stay. The front desk person was polite and patient with us and with the other people waiting as it was out of her control. And the next day, after our day out, we came back to a room that was attended to - no new fresh towels, beds not made and garbages not emptied. We had a great weekend but not satisfied with our stay.

When I entered my room, it was clear the housekeeping staff had not put much effort into cleaning the room or bathroom. The bed was made, but rumpled. The sheets didn't fit the bed and kept pulling off the corners. The shower in the bathroom had reddish brown mildew and grime in all the corners and growing in the grooves of the fake tile. The floor of the shower was slimy when I used it. I reported these issues, but nothing was done. Over the course of my multi-day stay, the bed was never made or the sheets changed nor was the room tidied, dusted or vacuumed. The third time I asked the desk about this I was informed they only clean the rooms/ make & change sheets every three days! On the day I checked out, the detritus littering the hallways upon my arrival was still there. They "serve breakfast", but the coffee was lukewarm and tasted terrible-surely they can get better than Folgers! The "omelettes" were frozen, microwaved and rubbery. Scrambled eggs were stirred by the attendant so many times they had the texture of eggy sand. The orange juice was bitter and on the edge of fermenting. The walls were extremely thin and I could hear every conversation and children screaming in the room next to me. On my second night, there was a long (at least 45 minutes) and loud and heated conversation between several people in the hallway outside my room. Checking in, I was directed to park around the back near the dumpsters and enter a back door-easily opened by anyone. NOT SAFE!

“Get-a-way”, tried new hotel. Pleasantly surprised! Very clean, staff excellent and accommodating entire stay. Very nice breakfast, great pool.

Behind the building there were a couple of storage buildings or something. They had a couple of roll off dumpster. One was open, but no work being done. There were old chairs and trash, and even a gas can thrown all around. In our room we found that it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. One of the lamp shades were torn up. Pink mildew and rust in the shower. You could see where previous quests had written on the mirror. Something white smudged on the inside of our window. Our first day ,we had spilt a few drops of water on the bathroom floor. I used a wash cloth to dry it up not wanting to waste our towels. It was very clear the floor hadn't been mopped in a while. Dusty throughout. Our first day there they had some kind of inspection. They checked the food area, the food temps, the pool. No issues with the food area "thank god" ! My only complaint there was that they only offered breakfast. In the photos it showed dinner as well. Very limited bar options. The pool must not have passed the inspections because they had to close it before we even used it. According to the front desk staff " they just had to dump a bunch of chemicals in it". We did get to use it on day 3 after my boyfriend scooped broken tiles out of it. Overall the photos had to be old, because the place looked a lot more run down. Even the landscape needed attention. The only good thing I can say is the breakfast was good, food area was clean and the ladies were nice and helpful.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and made check in quick and easy.

We arrived 20 minutes before the 3 pm check in time. We were checked in quickly and given room ‘keys’. However the room wasn’t cleaned or ready. We understood it was before check in time- but we should have been told the room wasn’t ready… before we brought our luggage to the room- and didn’t feel comfortable leaving it in the unlocked room.

It was conveniently located and the staff people were friendly. I did not enjoy the overwhelming cleaning product smell throughout the building.

I booked six nights not once they showed up to clean our room or provide towels. Breakfast was ok, everyday was the same thing which gets boring after a few days. Need more selections as to breakfast and need to hire more housekeepers asap.
